From check in to check out this place was fantastic!!! Clean, friendly, convenient and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We can’t wait to go back again!!!

It was a very nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only disappointments would be that the outdoor pool was not open - though we were there before Memorial Day and so it may just have been too early - and the balcony only had 1 chair so we had to use one of the kitchen chairs on the balcony to be able to use it. The only other negative was that the A/C vent blew hot air right on to the balcony. The breakfast was good - and we were always there at the end of the breakfast time. The front desk staff always greeted us whether we were coming in or going out. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

Very disappointing. Upon check in, was given rude directions to room that were very evasive, ("Go outside, to the back and enter one of the doors") whereas the outside entrance was on the side (room was located on end). Drove around attempting to locate signage for room. Room was dusty and dirt on kitchen and bathroom floor. Did not want to sit on couch or touch table. That evening, area had a lot of traffic going on inside and out. A lot of people yelling and cars. Homeless people walking around. Felt unsafe. When checking out, was not informed of $3 parking fee.

Problem we had was the air conditioner was super loud I woke every time it come on and the charge to park what is that about I mean I’m already paying to stay in hotel would like to say Jacklyn she was super helpful with my check in

We had a dreadful sleep experience. The HVAC unit in our room was incredibly loud, and the fan blew nonstop, even when we flipped the switch to turn it off! The noise in the bedroom was unbearable, so I ended up getting a few hours of sleep on the sofa.
Breakfast was mediocre, especially the crustless quiche. We just stayed one night, and we will not return.

We were using the fold out couch for our child on this trip. When I removed the couch cushions I found that nobody has cleaned out the couch for a long time. Pulling out the bed resulted in crumbs, candy and pillow stuffing flying all over the room. The bedding in the drawer did not contain a fitted sheet so I had to request one from the desk. The biggest problem was the bed. It was incredibly hard. My pregnant wife spent almost the entire night sitting up on the edge of the bed because it was too painful for her to lay down. I was only able to sleep for 30 minutes at a time without waking from back pain, swapping sides and repeating all night. We were both exhausted by the next morning. There was also a terrible skunk-like smell coming from under head of the bed.

We chose this hotel based on previous reviews and we're very disappointed. The hotel is showing considerable age. Our room was not clean & even the main area where they serve breakfast needed much attention. We would definitely not recommend.

Jocelyn was working the desk when we arrived, and she was the sweetest! Our daughter forgot her stuffed animal in the lobby, and Jocelyn made the cutest pick up tag for her. These little things can really make a difference in the experience.

The staff when we checked in was abrupt and rude. We were charged extra for parking but never asked if we even had a vehicle to park there(so this is just an extra charge it would be almost impossible to walk here).It isn't valet and there more than enough space unlike down town Chicago, L.A., or N.Y.C.The following day we asked for extra towels and blankets and had to give an in depth explanation as to why our family of 6 couldn’t use 3 towels and 2 blankets for all of us.The lady at the front desk was also very rude. The only poliet person we encountered during our stay was the lovely person during breakfast. They also had a huge leak in the lobby during our stay.
As someone with celiacs they had yogurt, 2 kinds of individually wrapped cereral and fresh fruit that you can eat, possible eggs if you're willing to risk contamination. She couldnt tell me if the oats were gf or not so I stayed away from them.

The room was clean and the service was terrific. Our only issues were mechanical, but there were multiple. Halfway through our week long stay the TV stopped working. It wouldn't get the apps (Netflix, Prime, etc). They spent about 2 hours working on it that evening and when they left the apps worked, but nothing else. The TV was not able to be fixed the next day either. They offered to change rooms, but we declined. We used a clothes washing machine and the spin cycle did not work, so the clothes were sopping wet. But they put them in the neighboring machine for free. And our toilet had a drip at the tank that left a small amount of water on the floor of the bathroom. We dried it up, but it eventually came back. Because of the quick and courteous service trying to rectify issues, we would probably stay again. They also removed our daily parking fee when requested, due to the TV issue (be sure to look at the fine print, there is a daily parking fee added to your bill as an incidental, not included in your Hotel.com payment. We were surprised when we saw it on the bill and requested it be removed due to the TV which they agreed to immediately.)

We drove down from northern Minnesota to stay while searching for a home and close to stay here because I’ve stayed at this Residence Inn 3 years ago and loved it. While it’s been updated since then, they must be having a staffing shortage, because they didn’t bother cleaning our room the entire 3 night stay. We had to keep calling for towels and trash bags. That’s enough to make me not want to stay here again.

The breakfast as quality as usual and the room upgrades from last year were nice. However, I thought the linens and bed pillows were less than quality. And I was very surprised when I was told there would be a $3 charge for parking.

The balcony was my favorite. Sipping coffee and watching the sunrise was beautiful.
