I was very surprised to find our room facing the main highway through Branson was so quiet. With the exception of the loudest motorcycles, we heard no traffic noise and slept well. I'll stay here again next time we visit Branson.

I got what I paid for, trying to find the most affordable place to stay for a 3 night/4 day trip. Outdoor entrance = super loud at all hours, people rolling suitcases, running up and down the concrete walkway, slamming doors, car alarms going off, etc. Room is old, in desperate need of renovation, smelled musty the whole time. Again, I should have paid more money and sprung for a nicer hotel or a rental home, but I wanted to spend money on experiences and sacrificed comfort in a room for that, lesson learned.

Our stay was good. A few things ...we had no balcony which was disappointing. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly or helpful. Our tap was missing the filter, you could hear the toilet flushing in the next room. Our toilet was quite noisy as well. Overall it was fine.

Hotel was in good walking distance of a lot to do in Branson. No public computer/printer which I needed and thought was suppose have. Room was spacious & clean. Breakfast was normal - nothing extraordinary. Would probably stay again for short stay

Within 2 hours had a knock at the door from management Before I could reach the door, like 10 seconds, they were coming in the room explaining their no smoking policy and accusing me of smoking weed. I let them in to see for themselves and apparently it was from another room. Person said his manager told him to just walk in rooms this way, Totally unacceptable

We have stayed at the Clarion twice now, after the first time being stranded by another hotel and the Clarion graciously saving our entire family of 12 from a doomed vacation start, we decided to go to them again when my husband and I decided to get away for a few days.
We stayed in a king suite and the bed was firm and comfortable. The pillows were a bit too soft, but who complains about pillows being too soft? Everything was clean and the room didn't have the musty smell that some rooms get from pets or being shut up too long. We stayed in early March this time, and the winter "closed up" smell is very apparent this time of year in some hotels. The room smelled pretty nice, which is always a plus.
About the only thing we found wrong with the room, was that the towel bar in the bathroom had been pulled out of the wall pretty far(rm614) but other then that, we had plenty of towels for our 3 night stay, our white bedding was crisp and clean and the balcony view was awesome.
They could get better tv channels, but that's a small issue.

Before I booked this hotel I called & confirmed that there was an indoor pool. I had 3 little boys that wanted to swim. That was the reason for choosing this hotel. When we arrived we were told, no pool! I could not get a refund. I left & rented a different hotel with a pool. I would not recommend this Clarion Inn. They didn't even act like they wanted to help.

The pool area was under construction no hot tub available There was garbage and trash all over On the outside and on the inside by the trash barrels The breakfast was not in the breakfast area because it was under construction also breakfast was ok. They need to tell you if the ammenties are not open.

This Hotel is painfully outdated. It appears this hotel hasn’t been updated since the Baldknobber gang was still roaming The Ozarks. Such a shame since it is in such a prime location! Do better Clarion!

Not much parking in front. Like little porch to sit out on. Room was clean n bed/pillows/sheets n comforter smelled clean and were comfy. Could hear traffic outside some. Price was good. Best part was breakfast in conference center. Lots of room to sit, hot chafing dishes with good scrambled eggs, bacon, waffle n pancake makers (more than one! 3 I think) cereal, milk, coffee, juices, bagels n cream cheese, muffins! Girl was constantly working hard to clean and replenish. Probably would come back just because of breakfast! Local something next door had good food n live music!

Pool closed with no mention or we would not of booked ,up charged for balcony no gift shop or lobby store little to no Christmas decor line other hotels I was expecting more big let down breakfast very limited parking limited staff not much help rooms basic nothing to brag about price out of line for what it was

The decor was way outdated. The rooms had an "empty" feeling. The blow-dryer's back piece was missing and clipped my friends finger- almost taking her fingernail with it. The location is really what you are paying for since it is located on the strip.

The property was amazing! Did exactly what was needed for us! We needed a get away from life on Thanksgiving holiday and enjoy Branson lights and all was what we wanted! The staff were all friendly and helpful and the place was great!

No pool to use. Very inconvenient to get to the other side of the hotel. We stayed near the hotel lobby last Summer and thought it was a great hotel. We were close to the outdoor pool and the breakfast. This time we were put way over on the other older wing of the hotel with an outside entrance. We did not care for this and there were no amenities to use. We will not stay here again.

The room carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. The room air/heat needs to be cleaned. Chair in room was broke and beds need new mattresses(could feel the bed springs) Restroom and linens were both clean and breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly.

The room needs two chairs. Very uncomfortable having to sit on the bed. Also the room needs a clock.

I spcificaly wanted yo stay here for the pool, hot tub ans sauna which apon aravial was notified that it was shut down...so I basicaly way over payed for a motel...

Please put grab handles in the tubs or rubber matts. My wife says they get slippery when you use hair canditioner. Otherwise, everything was great.

The hotel is under new ownership, and the pictures are not updated on their website but all I can say is wow what a big difference he is doing he is definitely a hands-on type of guy because when we were checking in, they said he was working on the indoor swimming pool himself check in was easy and friendly location is walkable to the new aquarium as well as tanger restaurants right across the road will definitely be staying here again

There was mold in the shower area. Curtains were tore and sliders were broken on window, rug was frayed and not vacuumed well at all. Too many other issues to expound upon. Very disappointed with our stay!!

The room was clean and inviting. I loved the balcony.
The swimming pools and hot tubs were out of order. On vacation that is very important to me. If I had known, I would have stayed somewhere else. When that happens in a vacation destination, the hotel should give discounts. The desk clerk's attitude and temperament were not warm or helpful.
The breakfast room was dark, and no helper was there. There was no ketchup available. And some of the eggs were lukewarm.

Hotel overall was nice and in a great Branson location. However, breakfast was the same thing every single day, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, and waffles. What’s wrong with changing it up and throwing BACON in???
Also, whenever I have stayed at hotels I’m used to having my room changed every day. When I checked in, they told me since we were staying for a week we would get it changed every 3 days. Room wasn’t even ready when we arrived up to our floor! We had to ASK to get our room changed, towels removed, trash changed out. Not sure if they are just short-staffed, trying to save labor costs, or just not interested in providing top-notch customer service. There was one day the maid took one of our trash cans out of the room and I had to go to front desk to ask for it back.
I would not recommend staying here. There are plenty of other hotels in Branson to choose from.

HOTEL HAS NEW OWNERS. HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL OFTEN IN THE PAST. I WILL GIVE THE NEW OWNERS A CHANCE TO BRING THE PROPERTY BACK TO WHERE IT WAS IN THE PAST. NEEDS BETTER BEAKFAST AND BETTER STAFFING. ITEMS WERE OUT OFTEN. POOLS NEED BETTER CARE. STAYED 4 NIGHTS AND HAD 3 ROOMS. 2 OF THE 3 DID NOT GET SERVICED AT ALL. OVERALL AN OK STAY. NEW OWNERS WILL HAVE TO PROVE THEMSELVES OVER NEXT YEARS STAY OR WE WILL MOVE ON. EXCELLANT LOCATION FOR EASE OF GETTING TO AND TO OTHER ATTRACTIONS.
