For the most part it was very nice, desk clerks very friendly. Their linens and towels need to be replaced very rough.

You get what you pay for. If you only want to spend $100 dont expect much. This hotel is run down.

The pool was FREEZING. I specifically plan trips and hotels with indoor pools because I'm traveling with 3 children that love to swim. It is a nice option to allow them to unwind in the evenings. We went to the pool both mornings and nights of our stay and it was NEVER up to a temperature that could allow us to enter the water. I told the front desk each time and they "reassured" me that maintenance would get the water warm. That did not happen for the duration of our stay.

Our room was nice and roomy. The breakfast we received was excellent and the staff was very friendly. We had the pool to ourselves but it was on the cooler side. Even the other guests were friendly. Great stay!

The staff were all very friendly and responsive. However, when we entered our room, we could automatically see that the floors were not clean. There were crumbs everywhere. In general, the place needs a deep cleaning, and some things are in need of repair. For instance, the shower curtain was not attached properly. There were also some wires hanging below the heating and cooling Element in the bedroom. The fitness room is well appointed, including a peloton bike, but there was a strange odor in there that reminded me of cat pee. The provided breakfast was extensive and the staff keeping that area stocked and clean were doing a great job. Overall a deep cleaning, a fresh coat of paint, and better cleaning in between guests would make this hotel stay perfect.

Extremely disappointed. Stayed here for my daughters birthday. Staff was extremely rude. They didn't have our rooms ready until 7pm and one of the rooms they gave us was already occupied. I will never stay here again.

This used to be our go-to hotel when visiting Columbus, but it's been a few years since we've last stayed. Previously we were impressed with the updates, cleanliness and location. Now the only highlight is the location. Our room had a burnt out light in the sink area so the only light source was the mirror. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work so smells linger and the it gets very muggy when showering with the door closed. We also found some missed cleaning opportunities (Bobby pin on the floor behind the bathroom door, toothpaste tube next to the vanity on the floor). Both my husband and I disliked the pillows quite a bit, but the mattress was ok. For the price, I think we could find a better option next time.

The staff were all very nice, courteous and helpful. The room was a nice size and I like the kitchenette and adjustable table/desk.
Main complaints:
1. The bed mattress is in poor condition with a bit depression on the side that apparently most people sleep on (side towards the bathroom).
2. The gym had a bad and dank smell. One reason is because there is no air circulation and the windows don't open.
3. As mentioned in #2: the windows in the room, like the one in the gym, don't open at all. This makes the rooms kind of stuffy if you don't want to run the fan. The fan itself is rather noisy, so I turned everything off at night and without the ability to open the window a crack, the air is still and kind of stale.
Otherwise, a pleasant place to stay.

For the last several years while visiting the Westerville area I stayed at another property but was unable to get the best deal there. This being my first time with Homewood Suites I was extremely impressed! The rooms were fabulous, clean & neat, full kitchens, free full breakfasts, and beautiful accomodations. This will be my go to hotel from now on.

I only stayed for a few days. The room was clean and comfortable. It was easy to check and out. Breakfast was a nice treat to help get the day started. Close to where every was staying for a wedding.

Stay was good. TV was damaged and did not work well. Kept going light and dark. Big stain on sheer curtain. Other than that it had everything we needed. Front desk prople where pleasant and helpful.

Very clean property, the studio is spacious and is nice to have a living room area, kitchen and work desk. They serve decent breakfast and also evening snacks and drinks complimentary.

Suite was clean. Tv in kitchen and bedroom. Only one remote for both. Had to keep going back and forth to change channels. Bizarre! Breakfast was awful and barely edible. Have had hot breakfasts at other hotels and they have been very good. All in all not worth the $165 a night I was charged. Disappointing especially as it was a Hilton. Will stay elsewhere next time.

We were very pleased with our stay. I was leery about have a room right across from the elevator, but it was quiet and there was no need to be concerned. The hotel was packed the two nights we were there, but you would never have been able to tell. The swimming pool is a nice size and the continental breakfast was well stocked and delicious.

Beautifully clean facility. Rooms had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom! Breakfast was fresh and the staff was so helpful and curious. Great location for families wanting to visit area attractions. The hotel has all the comforts of home.

We were able to check in early by an hour without trouble. The kids enjoyed the pool. The pack and play "crib" was missing the mattress, so we were given a comforter. If our baby had been any younger there's no way we could have made that work; apparently this was the only one they had. Our pull-out sofa bed was broken and difficult to use. Had to change rooms after two nights when the door handle for our room came off in our hand and nearly left us locked in! Moving everything to another room was a big hassle. Huge storm came through our last night and left us without power (not hotel's fault, but one more thing) Since we were in two different rooms can tell you lots of kitchen gadgets are missing from rooms based on what we had in one but not the other. Made cooking basic meals a bit difficult. Continental breakfast was pretty great though.

Our first room was not acceptable, multiple things not working. The front staff apologized, not knowing the condition in the room. Without hesitation she assigned us a new room. Everything was in working order in this room, everything we needed was supplied, etc. Only one complaint regarding the smaller suites. The only part of the suite that gets a/c is the bedroom. The rest of the areas were too hot to stay in.
We have stayed here a few times, but have had the larger of the suites and don’t remember it being such a problem with the a/c. In the future we will be sure to get the larger suite. I hate I can’t remember her name, but there is one lady at the desk that has been there each visit and is a welcoming face.

The bedding was strange. Instead of a blanket there was a bed skirt on the bed. We didn't find that very comfortable. It looked like someone had come in and started to paint the room but just left big streaks all over. Most of the staff wasn't very friendly and some would just sit behind the front desk on their phones. The breakfast was good and the staff that worked that area was friendly and the kitchen looked clean. We wouldn't stay there again unless they made some changes. It was a great location and the hotel overall is decent.

The website says they have infant cribs - we learned when we arrived that “infant crib” actually means pack-n-play, which are two completely different things. Cleanliness is obviously not a priority at this location. We found loose Advil gelcaps on the floor (thankfully before my 1-year old did) and there were pieces of food between the beds and nightstand. We were gone from our room from morning until evening and housekeeping never came by. We came back to still full trash cans and nothing refreshed. Upon calling the front desk, I was told housekeeping was gone for the day and I’d have to empty my own trash and come down to get my own towels/anything else we needed refreshed, then she hung up the phone - customer service was also not a priority here. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, despite the 9/10 star rating. No idea how they pulled that off…

the person (male) that check us in on Monday 5/22 about 8:30 PM was excellent -very helpful; later tv's would not work in room - service person Clarence was just great getting them to work; check out 9:30AM 5/23 although she was very nice was just spending time on her personal cell- believe she could find something else to do !

The hotel room was great, good hot breakfast and the property was great to exercise my dog.
The lady at the desk from 3-11 was particularly nice. Truely a pet friendly hotel.
