Good basic hotel with very kind staff- about 20 min walk from train station

Good location between old and new city. Clean room, but poor and expensive breakfast.

The hotel is in a perfect location but it needs lots of work to and maintenance. It's sad to see it so run down. It used to be a very nice hotel.

Good hotel with very comfortable room

I stayed at the ibis and was unhappy with the itching every night after putting up with it for 3 nights complained and was told sorry no upgrade no refund. Won’t be staying again, I should have really checked out after 1 night but have stayed 4/5 times before with no issue really dissatisfied with the service sorry really isn’t good enough when you’re paying hard earns money and you can’t sleep. I was told the window was open which I couldn’t tell because of the curtains covering it. Not happy at all

Very old and lacking maintenance. The breakfast is okay. The area is very busy and walkable. The parking is widely available though it could be crowded. The bathrooms are in pity states and the rooms lack cleaning

The bathroom is not very clean and it has bed bug. Better to check before sleep.

The staff were great. Customer service on point

This was a terrible hotel! the lady in front desk was rude and gives you the impression she's a social worker giving you free shelter from the elements, she forget she only has a salary because of us customers. The hotel was filthy and looks like it has not been cleaned in weeks or months. the bed was "kind of" made, but not really and had hair and staines. the floor was sticky and had remaining from weeks of filth!

I AM OUTRAGED BY THE UNFRIENDLY STAFF!
I will start off with the
PROS....
The hotel does have nice amenities and pool area. The rooms have a nice decor
CONS
The hotel price too expensive for what you get. (relative to other area and comparable hotels I have stayed at)
The breakfast is not included in the price.
For example, 4 star hotels in Agadir costs less and have breakfast buffet included
No hospitality here. The kitchen staff were especially rude.
One kitchen staff member was very nosy- he followed me upstairs two floors asking for my room number after breakfast. ( They should ask upon your arrival in the breakfast area)
At check out time another kitchen staff member told the receptionist all my breakfast meals I had.
Again, their system of tallying what breakfast you ate or not ate is ineffecient.
They made me feel very uncomfortable and I did not feel welcome here because of that.
No smiling from all staff I encountered.

A clean and affordable place to stay - very dated rooms that could do with a total renovation but hey for the price , whose complaining. The super friendly and attentive staff look after you throughout your stay.

Worst service and breakfast I’ve ever seen. Rooms were okay. Rude staff, unhelpful and didn’t want to honour our complimentary breakfast by pretending like a room booked for two should only come with one breakfast free. The pool had black scum at the edges and the hallways all smelled like cigarettes. Awful overall.

Staff was genuinely helpful and there were no negative aspects to my twelve day stay

The location of this hotel is very convenient and with walking distance to the souk and old city. The hotel is a little out dated but it was going through some renovations near the lobby. The check-in service was very helpful and accommodating. Its not a five star hotel but it is not a bad place to stay.

Dude woke me up and my wife at 10pm to pay the taxes on the two previous night, come on man it’s 52 dh it’s like 5 dollars. Why would I run away from 5 dollars. Never will stay here ever again, I gave this place too much of money in meknes. Don’t call my room asking me to pay your taxes, wait till I check out, I am not a thief.

Great staff, very nice pool, easy parking and access to restaurants

Location is great. It is convenient. Staff was very very nice for a change at this location. They need to train the cleaning staff on how to properly mop a floor so your bare feet don’t turn black after 4 steps and emptying ashtrays of precious guests would also be nice. Price is a bit high for the condition and the area. However I chose to stay here because it is familiar and convenient. Just wish they would step up theirs game. This could be such an awesome property.

Location of hotel is good, staff was ok but didn't like the room and asking to clean my room irritated me.

Much improved service since last week when we also stayed there for two nights. It is awesome to see a hotel management actually listen to complains and go out of their way to improve!

Nice pool. Manager arrived at 10:00am and at 11:30am when we asked to speak to her we were told "she is tired and is sleeping". This after we had left her a note to please contact us as soon as she arrived as we needed her help. Not worth the price!

Basic hotel. I'm not sure if this is a new consept in Morocco, but a simple hotel where a tired Traveller can check in late and leave the next day, without having to pay for to many extras that you won't need. This is that hotel. There is a restaurant, but wasn't part of the booking, so didn't eat there. Room was nice, simple and clean. One of the curtains that covered the patio window was pulled off, so had to put the curtain in the door and close it. Heard noises through the ceiling, so not as quite as I would have liked. All and all it was fine for a stopover, but not a place to stay long term.

One problem the lift there was problem of it one or two days but overall very nice hotel

Everyone was very friendly during our stay. Not only the staff but other travelers that stayed at the hotel as well. They have a nice pool, outdoor seating, a bar, a lounge with internet access, and a breakfast/dinner room. My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast although the dinner didn't seem very good compared to other Ibis around the country. Our room was very clean, and the blanket provided was similar to a feather blanket, very comfortable! Make sure to bring your own hairdryer because when we asked for one, they were all checked out by the other travelers. The bar offers a nice surrounding, and great coffee and other snacks and beverages. It has a classy/modern feel and has mellow music playing inside and outside all throughout the day.
Cons: They do not have a fridge inside your room, the beds are very hard in my opinion, and internet is only availiable downstairs.

Nice Hotel, easy to find in the new part of the city. Avoid eating in the restaurant, very boring plain food.
3.0
The staff there were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was good value fresh and lots of variety. There were restaurants in the area by foot or a short ride in a taxi. Also the hotel listed restaurants and things to do in the area. The rooms are not large but it is clean. All in all a very pleasant stay and good value for money
