I wish, the management could have renewed the bathrooms. Flooring and walls were good. Service for breakfast is very poor. Management could add tesla super charges in the parking lots.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping could use some work. Hair in the shower and stains on the blanket. The hot water is more or less cold/warm in the shower so make it quick. Overall, for the price, it was a nice stay. Just wish they had more fruit and yogurt for breakfast; mostly just bread and waffles.

You get what you pay for I have no complaints it was clean quiet breakfast filled my belly very convenient

The Continental breakfast was great.. my kids enjoyed making the waffles.

The bathroom ceilings are falling apart. the showers look like crap. Fix the wall papers and stop making it look like a dump. As often as I stay there, always issues with something.

Reason being for scores is room was very cold.Property had room temperature on a set mode.Meaning temperature in room wouldn’t go past 51 for room with temp being 18 degrees outside.Which had the floors in room freezing.Wood vinyl type material.Also room had no remote for tv.On top of it smoke detector chirped the entire time there due to dying batteries.Room’s next to me had guests going in and out all night with doors slamming.Won’t stay again.

The hotel customer service was good. The cleanliness not so good I’m not leaving details just know I like a room to be clean and no dirt or dust.

The property and surrounding area was nice, quiet and safe. However, they ran out of juice, and caffeinated coffee for their complimentary breakfast. The room was clean and we had a king size bed but the bed was on a broken metal frame so every time you shifted in your sleep it was noisy and obnoxious. The shower had good water pressure but didn’t really have any hot water.

Where to start, I have photos. Smoke detector falling off the wall, hole in the bathroon door, the fan in the bathroom cieling falling apart. When I arrived, they had changed their pet policy, but Hotels.com was not updated. They only let me stay after I showed them the online listing allowing pets. The firealarm went off at 1am the first night I was there. All hallways smelled lik weed. I won't stay here again.

The property looked much the same on the outside as it had before. Inside, the bathroom in our room had obviously sustained water damage in the corner of the bathroom. The bath tub was missing its finish, it just looked grubby. The paint in the bathroom had had water at some point, leaving a bag effect on the bathroom walls. There was someone having very loud sex, the woman was making loud noises, fake sex noises. There was blood on the coverlet. The clerk was an uncomfortable experience, as well.

Horrible, run down and dirty. Looked like Doritos smashed in the heater vents, long hairs found in the shower and the fridge was disgusting. Took over an hour for them to bring batteries for the remote to use the tv.

I was pleasantly surprised, as I did not expect much from the property. The first thing I was struck with was how clean and modern (yet simple) the lobby area was. The rooms were bare bones, but again - CLEAN - and the property is well kept. I would stay again.

Horrible place to stay. Dirty and stains on our pillowcases when we arrived. We had a noise issue at 2 am with a drunk outside our room and staff did nothing to fix the situation. Don't stay here.

It's pretty decent, except my room had such weak toilet pressure that you couldn't flush anything other than liquids.

This room i stayed in was absolutely beautifully done. Shower was hosed but was fixed. The bed was so cozy. Just perfectly perfect.

I didn't like the breakfast options. They use to have eggs, sausage and pastries. Now they have make your own waffles, yogurt and coffee. The juice machine didn't always work. I lived on coffee for breakfast though out my stay.

Nice for a short stay

The attendants at the desk were polite and professional while checking in and out. However… The overall condition of the room was sub-par at best, and there was an unidentifiable oily substance on the nightstand. The worst part of the experience was actually due to other guests. There were multiple individuals congregating in the common areas and hallways throughout the night without regard to their fellow travelers. I was woken up multiple times during the night by shouting and doors being slammed shut. Another guest asked them to be respectful, but he was ignored. Even after the hotel staff intervened the behavior continued. I hate to hold the hotel accountable for the behavior of these individuals, but in the end there needs to be some system in place to assure that the rest of us can sleep peacefully.

I booked this hotel because it was the cheapest price I could find in the area. That said, I did not expect a 5 star experience and the hotel met my expectations. It was functional for my purposes (2 night stay) and although it is a bit "frayed at the edges" it was clean enough etc. My interactions with the front desk were efficient and pleasant. If I were to return to the area, I would consider staying there again.

TV did not work!

Good budget option for a one night stay. The room smelled a bit smoky and the floor was a bit sticky. Other than that, good stay and comfortable bed

Coffee and juice offerings all day would be good. Breakfast area not pleasant. Bathrooms need upgrading.

Very nice staff. Close to all of our shopping definitely be staying here again while on vacation
