Scary neighborhood, man passed out, face down in driveway when we checked in. Problem in hotel caused fire alarm to go off at 5 am.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the non-smoking rooms still had a slight odor of smoke. I ended up sleeping fine but disappointed in the limited selection of rooms for non-smoking. Felt it was over-priced for the quality and area.

No coffee maker in room. Had to tighten toilet seat. One bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth. No free breakfast because the city had not issued a permit. Next to the highway. Good if you are travelling for heavy construction work but not with your wife.

It has been recently refurbished. Staff is helpful and diligent.

No bath cloths. Key pad hanging out of door inside. Sheetrock mud on frig and chair. I could see outside around the door. People next door partying and fighting. Called front seat at 11PM. No help. Called front desk again at 1AM no help. Called the police at 2AM finally got two hours sleep. Should have used my credit card then I could have disputed the stay. Disappointed Expedia would recommend a place like this.

I booked online because they advertised continental breakfast, but there wasnt one. Was told due to the hotel being newly opened. There was no amenities in the room, cups, coffee maker, towels, soap, shampoo or tissues. The floor was so dirty that mud prints were left after getting out of the shower. There isnt a box spring just a metal frame that the mattress sits on and slides around when you move in bed. On the positive side, the tv, fridege and microwave was new and all worked well. There was constant banging and noise coming from upstairs and then a lot of slamming doors and talking at 5:30 am.

We were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the room #111. Some of the reviews for this hotel were iffy. We loved our room. Room, bed & bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable. This hotel has been refurnished. Fresh paint and new appliances. Loved the floors. No carpet. They are in the process of getting their food permit, so no breakfast. Cracker Barrel & other options are across the highway. If you need a coffee pot or iron, you will need to ask at the front desk for one. I have to say the room was nicer/cleaner than some of the 4- & 5-star hotels we have stayed. Staff were friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel.

Got to the property and the whole place (apart from my one room) was closed for refurbishments. I was given the opportunity to view the room before checking in, and once seeing the room I left. Infested with cockroaches, and looks like it was half way through a demolition.

The only room they would rent me was filthy and in poor shape therefore I did not check in and they agreed not to charge me. I went to another facility nearby. They said they were renovating and it would be okay on my next trip

I should of read the reviews prior to booking. There were cigarette burns on the beds, roaches, holes that im pretty sure were bullet holes. I checked in at 4pm and checked out at 11pm. The receptionist didnt even question why I was checking out. Kept the door locked so I couldnt come in and when he seen me, unlocked the door and asked what I needed. I told him I was checking out and took the key and said no problem and then locked the door and I had to stand outside while I waited for a lyft to come take to the airport 8 hours before my flight since I couldnt get any sleep before hand due to the roaches that were crawling on me. I definitely will be reading reviews from now on and do not understand how this place is still open.

Bad experience and dirty place

TV remote would not work and could not turn off by TV.was supposed to have 2 queen beds it had a full size and a queen bed sheets had cigarette burns in them.curtains where not long enough so they had pictures propped up to cover the rest.walls we're disgusting.the doors on the nightstand had handles made out of duct tape inside the nightstand someone had used as an ashtray and had not been cleaned.bathroom light could not be turned on due to a horrible squilling from the fan...this place is just horrible

The staff at check in where very pleasant to my son and I however the condition of the property and especially the room was absolutely horrendous. The door barely closed completely, several dead bugs all over as well cockroaches all over in the bathroom. Shower didn't work properly so couldn't shower. Overall would highly recommend this place is shut down till they get appropriately redone .

Got there & front desk guy asked everything about my reservation, even though he was looking at it & the room did not match the pictures AT ALL. It said my room had a jacuzzi tub, but it was just a small tub with cigarette burns. Immediately seen a roach on the floor as well. Mirror and sink area didnt even have a light. The guy said he wouldnt confirm check in and charge me until I was able to see the room, and that he would go with me. My partner went check it, and they made us wait because they're remodeling and they had stuff on thr carpet to clean. We immediately weng back to front desk to cancel because the booking page pictures and condition was very misleading. He then said he already charged checked me in so I would have to wait 7 days for a refund. Not worth the hassle at all

The beds were broken, tv didn't work and bathroom door was filthy. They moved us to a new room that was even worse. The receptionist kept informing us that there was nothing she could do and that there was a reason they had only 1 star.

Please delist this hotel, it was horrible, I decided to cancel my stay. although it was nonrefundable.

I can barely begin to explain how disgusting it was. Roaches everywhere. Hole in the bathtub. Bathroom light didn’t work. Toilet didn’t flush. Smelled like smoke.

This was literally a roach motel. While the staff was friendly and helpful the hotel was crawling with roaches. I don't mean 1 or 2, but dozens that I seen, wich means God knows how many you don't see. I brought my own blankets in to sleep on because the appearance of the sheets ( 3 with no actual blanket on the bed) had unknown stains all over them. The room had a musty , moldy smell. Black mold in the bathroom. Several colors of paint on the walls with badly patched holes. I seen 3 obvious drug deals happen, one woman who obviously lives there was walking around looking into the windows of rooms. It was bad enough that that even though check out is at 11, my wife and I were checked out and gone by 8. We left our bags locked in the car so as to be able to get out fast. I have stayed at various America's Best across the country and by far this was the worst I have ever seen. If I could give a negative number rating I would.

Staff was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. The site is literally ready for demo… The roaches were very present and all over except the bed… until about 3:30-4am… that’s when I just left unhappy and without any sleep. Too concerned about them getting on me…

Bedbugs and roaches no hot water prostitutes everywhere drug infested noises all night only stayed here because we was on a budget and didn't know the condition of the place and had to stay because the motel will not reimburse your money if your not satisfied when you first arrive

I will never stay at this place again. Terrible all around. 1 pillow, light didn’t work in bathroom, was put in a smoking room when I paid for a non smoking room. Fridge didn’t work. Smelt really bad. Very bad experience.

Disgusting! Terrible! Unclean! Hole In The Wall! False Advertising! Are all words to describe this hotel. We checked in at 8pm and checked out less than 10 minutes later. The rooms reaked of smoke in a non-smoking room, the door looked as though it's been broken into countless times, the bed was soaked and sheets were not washed, there were roaches all over the walls, the bathroom doors did not closes and the toilet would not flush. The pictures they advertise with are altered and the rooms look nothing like them. We wasted our money, please don't waste yours because getting in touch with someone for a refund is impossible.

The first room they gave us the door didnt even lock, hcarpet was stained and ripped, light fixtures (if there was any) were falling off the walls. The adjoining door for the room beside us had a towel in place of the lock. Asked for another room, it was not much better. Very nasty place. People yelling all night and slamming doors. I will nit be staying there ever again.
