Everything was perfect. We had a Lego inspired room facing the park. Friendly staff, nice rooms, good breakfast.

The location cannot be beat for visiting Legoland. The park view room did have a nice view of the park. Customer service isn’t great at all. Food is very overpriced and mediocre at best. It’s very near the airport so arriving planes rattle the room.

Great spot for Lego-loving children. The room and hotel were all very well themed. The room was small but clean. A little outdated but clean. A gifted Lego set was waiting on the bed for my child which was a great way to start the visit. There was activities all over the hotel for them to participate in and filled the time for the evening we were there before our reservations in the morning. My son even won a building contest and was gifted another Lego set. There was a great little store with Lego clothing I haven’t seen elsewhere. We only ate the included breakfast and it was great. We’re vegetarian and there was plenty of options for us in addition to a lot of meat dishes. I also noticed an allergy friendly station set up for those who needed. As an adult it probably wouldn’t be my first choice but as a parent with kids who love Lego it was absolutely perfect. A great spot to be when visiting the Lego attractions.

Everything was amazing, but the room felt cold. We had the heater on high, but was not heating enough.

Our family room was very dusty and dirty. Despite of we informed the reception, they didnt clean it any better. There was used socks, baby pacifier etc. under beds and sofas and the cleaner didnt remove them during our visit although we informed the reception. Our child got asthmatic symtoms and fell ill because of dusty room. Unfortunaly I cant recommend this hotel.

It was a unique experience to stay in such hotel inside the LegoLand. The hotel is totally different, very interesting for families with children. The prices are high. We stayed in park view room which was spacious enough for the family. The thing i don't like was the absence of air conditioning in the room. The breakfast is good but can be better for the high price paid for the room.

The room smelt awful and the cost of the buffet dinner was outrageous, as was the bar prices, not to mention the 20 minute wait time to get served at the bar was ridiculous. That aside, our son loved the themed room and there are lots of play areas in the hotel for the kids to play. LEGOLAND was fabulous as you’d expect and access was easy via a bridge from the hotel.

Way too expensive considering what’s included, which is basically nothing but the view and breakfast.

Much noise in the evenings from kids running around

This is the second time I stayed with my daughter at Legoland Hotel. This time, we chose the friends room. Last year, we had the pirate room. My daughter who is eight loves it. The first time we were there, the staffs were a lot more friendly, helpful and attentive. This time around, they seemed stress or a little overworked. They did not smile much and there was only one person at the counter at noon. We arrived early and was hoping to jumpstart our vacation at Legoland. However, it was pouring outside. We came too early to check-in and had to wait until 3pm to get our room, which was the policy. It was not a good experience to say the least. Overall, my daughter loves the hotel. It was convenient to buy lego merchandises there instead of waiting in line at the Lego Shop. For me, it could be better. There were too many parents and kids cutting in line in the shops, rides and buffets. It needs to be a little bit less chaotic. I give this experience a 7 or 7.5 out 10. We still plan to visit next year but might not be staying at Lego Hotel. The unruliness is the main factor.

Great hotel for family stays. Dinner in restaurant is brilliant, if a little expensive. Breakfast very busy, but quality good.

Everything is amazing , only to know that your hotel payment doesn't include park entrance.

We were amazed by the hotel. Fantastic theme all around and inside the rooms. MUST stay if you go to Billung. Just felt the dining options could have a bit more variety.

The hotel is well suited for visits in Legoland and Legohouse. The only weak point is very high price, even out of high tourist season.

We decided to stay in Billund on our way to driving from the UK to Sweden and my what fun we had. We were two adults but I can only imagine how exciting this place would be for children. I feel like the accommodation has really been thought out to make life as easy as possible for families. Staff were super nice and it just in general is such a fun place!

Lego Hotel was amazing! My whole family was blown away by the entire property, and the care and detail that went into every brick (ha!) of this place. We stayed for a night while exploring Denmark to check out the Lego House nearby (which is also amazing, btw) and had such a great time. We stayed in a kingdom room and truly felt like royalty. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, and both kids had snacks and a Lego kit waiting for them on their pillow. Not much for English options on the TV, but we spent a couple hours exploring the inside and outside grounds of the hotel instead. My oldest said this was a trip we'd never forget, and my youngest said the 8 hour plane ride and 3 hour drive were totally worth it for this experience alone. We'll definitely come back for a, longer stay next time!

It is a great Hotel. Only down side is Theme Rooms are too expensive.

Everything amazing!

We loved this hotel! It was a very good choice, both as stay and as proximity to the park. Large room, with a lot of attention paid to the small guests that could find a small welcome lego set to take home upon arrival and a box full of lego to play in the room. The room was clean, comfortable and with everything you need. The staff was great, a big applause for all of them. From the moment we stepped in until our departure, they were friendly, happy to help and you could feel their warmth. They even helped me to wrap a gigantic dog my son earned in the park, in order to take it home. A great thank you! The breakfast offered a large variety of choices for the whole family. Do note that you need to book your time for the breakfast even if you have it included in your booking. Make the bookings at least one day in advance. The same for dinner. For sure, we’ll be staying here the next time.

Good hotel but eating arrangements very bad if not planning days in advance

Great accommodating staff. The castle property has great rooms. Great access to the theme park and convenient food on-site.
