Although the rooms were nice and clean, there was some visible dust. The pillows could have been fluffier. We requested two adjoining rooms but they were fully booked.

Place is clean. Breakfast was good. I don’t understand the $15 parking fee when it’s not located in a metropolitan city. There was a lot of parking spaces. I would also like for the management team to instruct their cleaning staff to knock on the door loud/hard so it doesn’t sound like one is knocking one or two rooms away. I heard a knock and it sounded far away, then next thing I noticed there is a cleaning guy in my room. My wife was in the restroom.

We had a group of 12 teenagers from a football team consistently jumping off elevator hold door open the literally beating in doors and running from 8 pm until 2 am repeated calls to front desk didn’t solve it. Our tv remotes wouldn’t work. TVs wouldn’t work right maintenance guy(engineer specialist). Stated hotel was due for upgrades they know it’s not working! Worst hotel stay of trip with grandkids! Beds were extremely hard like woke up with back pain.

I felt like a fool. We can connect to the hotel WIFI but there was no internet. I called the service desk and was told (by a gentleman) it was the problem of my device. Also, the parking fee was not clearly listed as many other hotels. I did not expect parking fee as it located far from the downtown.

Loved staying here, room very spacious and clean. Staff was very kind. Breakfast was perfect to start the day grandbabies enjoyed the variety of foods. We will definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately we had a rude awakening around 1015pm by pounding at my door from front desk (staff) stating the tv was too loud at 16 out of 100 volume. Felt completely unwelcomed considering volume was low and staff being unsympathetic. I did not realize i was unable to watch televison at a low volume during my stay. After stating i felt uncomfortable staff did not consider or ask for accommodations.

Small, poorly designed room for function, comfort or appeal. Lighting, especially at bath sink horrid. Constant freeway NOISE. First time in years of using this site paying in full at booking. One day before arrival notified by hotel of additional $15 parking fee per day,charged upon arrival. Only positive was Che who checked us in who was kind, professional, efficient. He and guests deserve better. Shame on Marriott.

Outside my window at 6:30am I was awoken by a leaf blower. I was on the bottom floor. People are paying to sleep there, they shouldn’t have their sleep disturbed by maintenance right outside their window at 6:30am in thr morning

The hotel was very nice but our room really needed to be renovated. The bathroom was all patched up like a fixer upper and the television looked like the first lcd tv since the late 80’s. Ok for a quick family trip.
