Adequate parking and front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. We were first assigned an adjoining room which was unacceptable. I could hear the people next door very clearly. I went to the desk and explained this was not acceptable and they gave us a regular room which was significantly better.

In town for a hockey tournament. Staff was great, hotel was clean, good location

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very accommodating. No breakfast is included in your stay so that was a little downfall. We did have disruptive teenagers banging on our door and running at 11pm one night. The second night of our stay the hotel was extremely hot and the air conditioning in our room was not working. Hotel staff did lend us a fan but it stayed 75 degrees in our room the whole night.

Love the hotel but the mattress was really hard and I have a sore hip today from sleeping on it.

Clean room, great staff. I appreciate the consistancy of the Hilton Garden Inns, and this was no exception. Room and property were clean. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. A late-season snow storm made things challenging for staff and guests, but the lobby floor was kept clean and dry, staff had tools to help travelers scrape ice from cars, lots of hot coffee and shout out to Fred for standing bar and making sure left-behind items were promptly returned to the forgetful guests. Not a huge fan of the mattress, but you cannot accommodate everyone's taste. My room was otherwise great, with separate sitting and work area, big shower and lots of hot water. Would gladly stay again.

The hotel was really clean! The staff (shout out to Colleen) was also amazing.
