This hotel worked perfectly for my mom and I. We were visiting my son at Central Maine Community College which is about 8 minutes from the hotel. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room had a coffeemaker, microwave and small refrigerator. The view was really nice.

My husband and I were going about 30 minutes past this hotel to visit family. However on the specific date we stayed here, it was our 20th wedding Anniversary so we decided to stop and stay here. We got in around 2 and were told our room wasn't ready which was fine because we were early. We came back at 3 and did not get our room until 4. And apparently there was a room ready at 3, but we were just not put in it. We chose our specific room for the jetted tub which was amazing and the balcony. I even asked when they changed our room if it was the same type (with the balcony) and was told yes. When we got to our room, imagine our surprise when there was a note that the balcony was closed until 4/1/24. I get it if that is a Hilton thing, but to be told would have been nice. There was just a huge lack of communication. All in all the room was absolutely beautiful and for that reason I would stay again. Everything else was great. Breakfast amazing!!!

The hot tub was not working and wish we would have been told beforehand.

Very convenient location in the downtown area. Plenty of places to eat and a very nice park walkway.

The hotel was very dirty, trash everywhere in the lobby and rooms had lots of issues. The breakfast and food options were inedible.

Kids running up and down the halls yelling and screaming until 10 pm. Dogs barking running up and down halls. Room too hot. Could not lower heat. No air circulation. Will never stay there again. Not the usual Hilton standard.

We purchased our stay online a month before our event we were attending and when we arrived at check in they said we had to pay the amount we already paid because it wasn’t paid for. We knew that was incorrect but the line was backing up out the door and they only had 1 inexperienced person running the front desk. My husband then put his card in to cover it and we would figure it out after the event. We got to our room only for our credit card company calling us to tell us that the hotel charged us twice for the room. For 1 night and one basic room we had almost $700 tied up on our card to say the least we were frustrated and it put a damper on a fun exciting night that we had been looking forward too.

My room was on the first floor and no balcony like in the description of the room . Was very nervous staying by myself and being on the first floor made it worse. I was worried of people peeking in the window.
