Stay was great! However, probably a good idea to let guests know at checkin that the pool has a garden hose in it and there isn’t any patio furniture on the deck as well.

I went to Bisbee for the motorcycle chopper show and needed a place to stay and the hotel was very convenient, price was fair and affordable and the accommodations were clean and comfortable.

I was called 3 times in a row at 6pm because my card was declined, but we hadn’t even made it to the hotel for check in yet? I’m sure you can imagine how busy and stressful a trip is, and then top that off by being called 3 times in a row in the middle of everything else.
Secondly, a random man from the hotel asked to come in and “see our window” if it needed to be replaced during our stay. So he interrupted my sleep, and my husband works remotely, so he also interrupted that.
Is that not what the check out times are for? Also, the room we stayed in was on a floor level, so I don’t understand why he needed to come in our room to observe the window? This should’ve been something checked on BEFORE we checked in, or after we checked out, as there was clearly no emergency or issue with our window.
Finally, the bedding is incredibly uncomfortable. The beds themselves are fine, but the comforters are waaaaay to hot we had to turn down the ac to like 65° to get any sleep. Also, the pillows seem to be down? Just really uncomfortable all around.
We booked one of the most expensive hotels in Sierra Vista because we wanted rest and to be able to work/relax in peace, and they really just do not hit the mark at all.

The hotel is beautifully refurbished. I believe they may have been short staffed in the room cleaning area. When the room was cleaned the staff did a great job.

The hotel was clean and safe…and close to Bisbee! It was a little loud outside, we could hear the cars speeding by…but that ended.

This particular Fairfield property was well maintained and taken care of inside and out. The staff was very helpful (Brianna especially) and professional at all times we came in contact with them.

Beds are not good and they were cleaning the rugs and bathroom floors and they told us to leave the room

This hotel is clean, 24 hr gym is updated and very nice. Staff is accommodating. Great breakfast. I enjoyed the whirlpool. Chocolate milk was awesome too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The rooms didn’t seem like a Marriott property at all. Felt like I was in a Motel 6! The lobby was nice, however. Have been in many Fairfield’s and this was nothing like the others! Would never stay again

Night 1 was fine
Came back after a day out and our room wasn’t cleaned.
Apparently they have a new policy- they only clean every second day ( we stayed 2 nights)
We didn’t have clean towels ☹️
I’m fact - they we sopping wet because we were give a handicapped room with an open shower and the floor was wet.
It would have been nice to have been notified if this policy.
And at they very least have dry towels for the following day.

I booked this Motel on Expedia, it said it is pet friendly when in fact it isn't. I went to check in and made it all the way through the process when I mentioned it being pet friendly. The person at the front desk said They are not pet friendly, but the sister property is. He called Townplace suites to confirm a room. We went to townplace suites and checked in. Townplace suites is pet friendly we stayed with them the week prior to the one in question.

Our experience was exactly what was advertised and comfortable in all the ways we needed during our stressful moving journey. The front desk staff was attentive and kind. The amenities were the average for any hotel but the cleanliness of the bed and bathroom space were above average. They even have a little snack bar with waters, snacks and even possible needed travel items like shampoos.
