Overall was good for price. Found pillows to be too soft. And I don’t think there should be a charge for bottled water in your room. Breakfast looked good for reasonable price.

I enjoyed my stay, the lounge area was very comfortable to relax after a long day. The staff was great! They were all fun, very pleasant and always had a smile. The only thing I would suggest is they need to work on a better wine selection.

Great for a short stay. Was locked out of the automatic doors to the lobby when we arrived, staff and guests did not notice for 15-20mins of knocking and waving.
Rooms were clean, nice and simple stay. Fridge in the room was set to Freeze without us realizing.

Our bathroom door opened into the hall in front of the closet door. She was hanging up a jacket and I opened the door and it hit her in the spine and she has been cring about a broken back ever since. She has to take massive amounts of pain medicine daily now.

It took an hour to have the room ready, when I had arrived at 5pm.
I stayed for two nights and had to get 4 different room cards because they stopped working after a single use.
The door didn’t have a proper seal around it / ill fitted, and could hear every single noise loudly through it.
The toilet sounded like a jet engine when flushed.

Beautiful lobby. Great staff. Rooms in desperate need of update. Key wouldn’t work and staff had to come open the door.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However the bed was as hard as rock and the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor so when you stepped out you were in a puddle of water.

They staff at the front desk was the best part of my stay, I was so excited to eat breakfast until my table was dirty and there was old food stuck to my utensils I mean a lot the front was clean but the back was dirty, and the assortment they had should’ve been free instead of $30 for two people. I have stayed at multiple Hilton Hotels and this one is by far the worst.

The biggest drawback of our stay at this property was the condition of our bathroom. The bathtub was actually rusting (significantly, not a little spot) along the surface, the ceiling drywall was cracking/peeling along the seams. We paid a premium for this room for the weekend and my wife and I were a little shocked by the condition of the tub/shower. I will say the staff were excellent.

I requested housekeeping service at check-in. Next day had to go to front desk because it wasn't done. The following day my room again was not on the list. The housekeeper in the hall put my room on the list.
The hotel was not very full so not sure why this error occurred.
Otherwise evetything else was fine.

We were put in a room that had a bee infestation. We complained and it took quite a while to resolve. They came up with bug and any spray which wouldn't kill the bees. We had to take less of a room as no other rooms of that type were available. I believe they knew the need were there based on how they reacted but rented the room anyway. I was very disappointed in the breakfast on Sunday as well, half the items were missing from the buffet. Overall, not a great stay.

The spa was out of order. i paid for 2 queen beds, we had 2 full size beds. Pillows were soft and the beds were uncomfortable. I didn't sleep at all. We checked out at 8 am.

We really liked the room but, as importantly for us, we like the big, nicely designed and furnished main level lobby area. My husband always gets us before me and he enjoyed going downstairs and reading while I was sleeping.
