The staff was very helpful but the floor was dirty and the hallway carpet needed vacuuming. Had to run down to the office to get an iron but not a bad room for the price. Very quiet.

Good value for money in the area. EZ access to the freeway.

To be realistic: it’s a motel 6, so it’s always a hit or miss whether you’ll have a good experience. This one wasn’t too bad but there were definitely pros and cons. I’ll start with the pros: the location was right by the freeway, multiple gas stations, and there’s a dennys in the same parking lot so it’s convenient. It’s reasonably priced for the area, and it felt like a relatively safe area. Cons: we found a few stray hairs on the towels and comforter. When checking in they asked for IDs for everyone not just the person renting the room, which is understandable, but the only other place I’ve had that happen was a motel 6 in a very bad area, so it made me weary that there are hidden problems they’ve had. On our last morning, the power went out at around 6 in the morning for about 2 hours, so there was beeping about every 5 seconds for the 2 hours while they tried to fix it. The people above us were literally stomping on the ground and making noise both nights. The tv didn’t work as well. Obviously some of these issues can happen at any hotel, so it’s not the worst place ever, and if you’re just looking for a place to sleep while you’re in the area it’s fine.

The only reason to stay here is if you need to be in Palm Springs and want the cheapest option. It was clean, but rundown. No breakfast. Not close to anything. Good WiFi. Small room. Only one bed stand. Barebones. No clock. Only one towel and washcloth in the room when we checked in.

A good safe place to stay convenient to I10 next to Dennys'.

We booked a non smoking room and when we arrived they said they only had smoking rooms left. Additionally the night access was busy and slow

Room was ok , just basic . Wish there was a towel rack by the sink . The room smells like someone smoked although it’s labeled as non smoking . The drapes were disgusting dirty , you can see the dirt at the bottom part . There’s no insulation whatsoever that you can hear noises outside like the loud motorcycles , their music , people yelling and people with heavy footsteps upstairs since we were on the first floor .
It’s hard to sleep when it’s that noisy . This area is close to the road / freeway and other business like gas stations . I won’t stay here again

For 130 dollars they only provide toilet paper and a bar of soap. And only a little bit of decaf coffee in the lobby

When we got there, we noticed a stale smell coming from the office. The lady was nice, but cautious. I think the get a lot of shady customers there. When we got into the non smoking room, it smelled stale and of old cigarettes. The tv wouldn’t turn on, until we realized someone had unplugged it. The remote was broken. The bed was actually clean and made. The bathroom was dirty. It’s clear they do not really clean very well. I saw hair on the floor and the sink was dirty. We were afraid to touch anything. The people across from us had kids. How do we know? Because they let them run up and down the hallway screaming and playing well past 9 pm. I don’t mind kids. But that was rude for people who actually needed sleep. We ended up not staying the night. Left at 10:30 pm. Wasted our money.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to the night time front desk lady. I wish I grabbed her name but I didn’t. She deserves a raise. I’ve traveled a lot and usually always check in after hours and the front desk people are typically very unpleasant. This young lady was funny and chipper. We checked in fast and got to our room. Our TV wasn’t working so I called down to the front desk. Typically I wouldn’t get much help when doing that but she ran right up to the room and fixed the tv for us. Great customer service! Motel is consistently close to the highway. There’s not much around here except gas stations so it felt like a pretty safe area to me. I would’ve liked more pillows on our bed and little soaps to shower with but you get what you pay for and I understand that. I’d definitely stay here again if needed

Dated and worn out, light and air come in from all-round the exterior door, noisy when new guests arrive, and indifferent staff. This was not a pleasant experience.

While the rooms were clean, the room that was booked was non-smoking but whenever we stepped out of room we can always smell smoke. Parking is next to road without any boundary walls so feels little unsafe.

I would not recommend this hotel to any family.

The location for us was great - adjacent to the freeway for east/west and Indian Canyon Road for north/south. Very friendly efficient staff.

Second stay at this Motel 6. It's super convenient, next to a Denny's and gas stations, quiet, safe and comfortable. I'll be staying again.

The room looked and smelled clean. However, there were roaches in the room and the bathroom vents were hanging from the sealing.

After informing the hotel that their policies did not comport with the Unruh Civil Rights Act and initially refused to comply with an illegal policy that discriminates based on immigration status and nationality, the general manager then directed staff to cancel our reservation. When I refused to leave until given confirmation that they had canceled the reservation and not charged me, I was ignored. When I then complied with their policy, which meant I had to offer them the ID for my wife, who is Asian and not from this country, they informed me they would still refuse service. Extremely rude, discriminate against Asians, and I have filed a complaint with the relevant State authorities.

They have lots of rooms, but anyone not in front of the parking space. You have to park somewhere, take little walk to your room with all your luggage. There is no way to park in front of your room..

Needed a quick overnight stay before heading to the airport early in the morning. The property was well-lit and the room was very clean. Bedding was comfortable. All I needed and a great value.

Had bad service, plus the front desk smelled like marijuana! Front desk attendant had an attitude, and refused to check me in because one of my guest did not have an id on hand, and cancelled our stay!

I booked a room because I was traveling from El Paso, TX to Los Angeles, CA, but I was already tired and couldn't take it anymore. I arrived in Palm Springs to take a break and proceed, but the truth is that I couldn't do it, the noise of music, voices, and footsteps didn't allow me. rest, had to call the front desk to quiet the noise 3:30 am
