Where to start? The TV was broken the A. C didn't work and every morning about 1 AM. There were people fighting in the hallways. Bathroom was discussing room was not cleaned.

The elevator was broken, the pool was broken, the outside area by the side door was full of garbage and water was leaking from window AC unit

Im not happy. I booked this room based on the advertisement that the property had a working hot tub. When we arrived we were informed that the hot tub, pool and elevators were closed and not working. I did not enjoy my stay

Hot tub was out of service and not notated on booking sites. Elevator was broken. Hotel room had a musty, bad odor and the shower had brown hardened mineral spots all over the shower head. The AC fan was abnormally loud and the system did not keep the room cooler when adjustments were made to the temperature. Coffee dispensers were empty at 8 am, with no one around to ask for more. Overall could not sleep all night and it was a terrible experience

Hot tub non functional (not disclosed at check in) Breakfast and coffee were empty by 8:30. Some Gym eqipment was non funtional. No towels or water provided. 3rd floor ice machine out of order.
On the upside rooms were good, clean and quiet. Courtyard area is real nice. Neighbor hood good with lots of amenities.

Its hard to know how to review. I want to be fair. Some things were good. Others not so much. The hotel needs some serious tlc. Some of the front desk people were wonderful. Others were less than stellar. There was a HUGE cockroach in my first room. These things happen. But my room was also not very clean. Lots of things didnt work or didnt work well. You can't get into the hotel from the front door, even with your room key, after 11. So when i was standing barefoot in 26 degrees wearing a formal gown holding my broken shoe with a bleeding knee ringing the bell to have someone let me in and then not being let in and then having limp around the outside of the hotel until i found a door i could get in with my room key, I was not so pleased with hotel staff who just stood in the lobby staring at me as limped by them. My 2nd room was cleaner and in better shape. and when i discovered I had left some medical equipment in my room, hotel management worked with to get it sent to me semi quickly. Don't pay more than $80 for a room here.

Had 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels, and just 1 wash rag. Bed spread really needed to be washed. Very nice restroom. Everything else was pretty good.

Start was mostly pleasant. Occupant in one of the rooms on our floor was smoking in the rooms and the smell went into the hallways. Establishment says it is non smoking and someone was not obeying that rule. Place was clean otherwise and had a good supply of toiletries including a good makeup remover.

The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating but the property is dirty. The first room we got smelled awful like wet dog. We had to accept an ADA room with a dirty shower. Not impressed.

I experienced a few inconveniences at my last stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tomball, TX. I contacted the management and the lady at the front desk told me she would apply a discount because: 1) the room was smaller than the one I thought I was getting, 2) the TV was not working properly and the front desk was unable to contact a maintenance person to replace/fix it, 3) I had to repair the bar for the shower curtain that was falling down. I also checked out a day before and I was told to contact Expedia for discount for inconvenience and for refund for checking out early.
