The clerk was AMAZING! The room, not so much. It was dirty, uncomfortable, and it was loud. There were bugs all over our toothbrush. Definitely a lesson learn when booking a hotel at Cocoa Beach.

Other than no ac in the lobby my stay was fabulous. Staff very friendly and helpful. Just really felt for the lady at the desk with the broken air conditioner. She was hot and guest were getting a little heated. But the lady at the desk never lost her cool Remained helpful and gracious to all the guests. There was some one in the lobby next day to fix the air conditioner. Thank goodness. As for the room clean. Quiet and spacious. Air conditioning was working great

1st room had someone else's food on the walls and in the fridge/hair - a full chunk like you would clean out of a hairbrush on the bathroom doorjamb/toilet leavings/ red stains on the pillowcase in splatter pattern-and that was all found after having to step in urine (saw the kid standing there and the look, didn't realize what they had done until my shoe squished on the stair) and get the key redone. The employee told me it was water. 2nd room had ants, a toilet where I had to fix the chain in the tank every other flush, & broken blinds (even after trying to fix) so bad that the "security" lights shining through allowed us to be noticed by the dealing happening in the parking lot and the guy on a skateboard who kept circling the back. The tub in the second room was completely ripped and rusty and this was our "upgrade" because of the filthy 1st. I have more photos, but am including the "worst offenders". The only saving graces of the place are the proximity to the beach and the wonderful Ms. Jackie. If it wasn't for this woman, we would have driven over 5 hours home in the dark with no map and a phone with no charge that night. She (and her customer service) is the reason we stayed and I cannot say how blessed this corporation is to have her. There were no bedbugs or roaches found and ultimately we felt safe enough to sleep. I had no discount or refund, the opinions are my own, and the photos prove the room quality. I chose not to include human fluids and solids pictures.

Our room door was unlocked when we arrived, then the key cards didnt work, the maintenance that was sent to help didnt speak english, finally got locks fixed, door sweep was bent and allowing air and bugs in room, the a/c was on 60 but room was probably 70-72 & it was only 80 outside, filters were disgusting so i pulled them to try and help air flow. Needed an extra 30 mins in room due to out boarding time of cruise and wasn't allowed that, the shower mixing valve is messed up can only take a shower with what feels like 150 degree water so you turn it on and off cause it hurts. The light coming thru window makes it look daylight entire night. We tied towels around our eyes, then you have several people running up and down the outside waking you up cause they are extremely loud! The beds are from 1990...SO UNCOMFORTABLE! Only good was linens were soft and clean...NEVER AGAIN!! Also, told us our room was ready for check in an hour early and then charged me 25 extra when we got there!

The whole facility Really needs to improve for the near future.?

Well when i first got in the room the ac was broken. So i brought it to the front offices attention. So i had to wait over 2 hours to be switched into another room. Which had no microwave or refrigerator. For as much as i paid i feel like my room should have had a microwave and refrigerator.

We never stayed here. We were booked to stay we had a cruise the next day. The front desk office was closed lights off and locked up. We called Hotel.com and they put us in a horrible hotel 4 hours later (3am). When you book with hotel.com they need to make sure that people are working and doing their job like having check in open so the rating on this hotel is a 0 no help at all.
