Most uncomfortable, costly, misrepresented hotel Stay my Wife and I Have ever Experienced! How This Filthy operation And it's Employees are Associated with The Wyndham Corporation is beyond My comprehension!! Since I'm a Gold Member With Wyndham and have Always chosen there Hotel Lines over ALL others because of their excellent customer service.
However this Hotel 8 in Wheatridge, Colorado is a Disgrace not only to the Paying Guests, but The Wyndham Name as well.. From Not having The Right room I reserved & Paid for,, given a room not even remotely similar.. Then acted as if they we're doing Me a favor!
I wanted to leave at that point in time, but since My wife is 8 months pregnant, tired & not feeling well, she convinced me to Stay.. Eventually we we're moved to a room more of what I had paid for.. There was No Breakfast bar as described or as represented. It consisted of some stale tiny muffins, cold cereal & Coffee. I had to find someone to exchange my towels, while The phone in my room didn't work correctly to reach the Front desk. I chose to pay the next Day With CASH (Already reserved) instead of using my CC . I had to put $100 Cash deposit up if not using a CC. Where it's returned at Checkout! A employee named ROMONA STOLD MY $100 CASH & ACCUSED MY PREGNANT WIFE OF SMOKING! And showed me a picture of a trash can with a beer & a cigarette butt. WOW
And that was her photographic proof she said to Take my $100. She needs to fired & jailed. Calling Corpor

Dangerous neighborhood, which was expected, but the worst thing was no hot water. Didn’t realize this til the next morning when attempting to shower.

Was told it was a non smoking room, it had definitely been smoked in. Smelled like it, had cigarette burns around the tub, it was just gross. Would not recommend, would not stay again.

Second time staying here. Customer service is amazing here. The night shift young man does his job very well, they are all helpful and are happy to accommodate. The prices are below the other 6s in the area. Walking distance to a market skd Dennys diner.

Room was not very clean. Found long hairs on the sheets. Worst of all, the power went out in the middle of the night and did not turn back on by morning.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice and checked me in fast,even got me a room on the ground floor.

There was no light in the bathroom and the lights by the beds were hard to turn on

Room was clean, which is the only nice thing to say. The bed was super uncomfortable and we were only provided 1 pillow per person, which were both flat. There was also only 1 towel provided for the room. The walls are thin so you can hear everything that's going on.
The service was friendly but the room left a lot to be desired. Will not stay here again.

When we first arrived at motel 6 the desk clerk Chris helped to get my 78 year old mother and me into a handicap capped room and was very pleasant in doing so. We appreciate a happy smiling face thank you

The motel room was clean and comfortable, AC in the room seemed new and worked like a charm. The location was convenient with major stores and restaurants reachable with a very short drive. Having a 24 hours Denny's right across the parking lot was helpful for our late night arrival from the airport. The attendant at the check in desk was friendly in spite of the late hour check in.
There was 1 guest smoking late on one night too close to the motel, but it didn't affect us once we got into our room. Not the motel's fault.

Overall the motel was everything that i needed out of a motel for my trip, the bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, and we weren't bothered the whole time we were there. My only real problem is that our ac/heating unit did not work, which we only discovered on the second night of my trip, because the room got cold enough for us to want the heat. I'm certain the front desk would have fixed it had i brought it up, but i didn't want the possibility of them switching our room when I had limited time left with my partner.

Right next to the highway so High highway traffic noise was constant all night. Very basic economy room, a small double bed enough for one person, no refrigerator, coffee, toiletries, nada. Front desk person was very nice and helpful.
