There looked to be a lot of people living in this Motel. There were several obviously non-functinal cars in the parking lot. The deadbolt on my door did not function properly, so I was reliant on the safety latch. Pillows were old and worn, and the mattress kept sliding to one side on the platform bed. The place could use some work. The ice machine closest to the office was out of commissin.

You get what you pay for indeed.

We did not stay due to th room being awful. The overall feeling of this place. We went to another hotel. The room smelled like cigarettes on top of that. The property is very run down. I would definitely appreciate getting my money back please!

No hot water. Very few toiletries. I do appreciate them refunding my final night because I had to leave. The room was clean, but not having hot water was ridiculous.

Ugly and gross. Room was non smoking and yet it still smelled awful. We were not pleased . Staff was rude.

At check in the guy at the counter had a very bad attitude and was throwing mine and also others I.Ds as well as credit cards. Our towels were dirty we had mold in our room. Won’t ever stay here again. ( even if it was just one night)

Yall meed to update the website cause the rooms are not as they were when redroof inn was there. They are old to many dogs there. The covers were not cleaned well they were stained need to be replaced. The pillows were just a rag.

Got to the room and put all of our stuff in the room, bugs in the bathroom which was gross. Left the room to go to vending. Go back to the room and the room key doesn’t work. Got two new room keys and they didn’t work. Manager had to use a hard key to get into our room, got us a new room. Then hotel denied late checkout unless we paid a $25 dollar fee. Even though it took an hour to get into our room at 5am. My expectations are low staying at a motel 6 but it’s sad that $70 dollars can’t get you something a little bit cleaner

They were over booked and didn't let us stay. We slept in our car and they still haven't issued a refund!

There is a sign on the door that says to lock deadbolt for your protection, but the deadbolt did not work. The faucet in the shower was coming off the wall. There was very little water, and it was tricky turning it off. The toilet seat/lid were not clean. Towels were stained. Check-in process was easy. Vending machine was stocked. Bed and floor in the room appeared to be clean. Bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well.

Bed bugs! Told the front desk and absolutely nothing was done about it.

The pool was broken and covered with a blue tarp Last but not least someone was bursting car windows and flattening tires in parking lot. Very disappointing

They need to make sure the air works well in the room before signing someone a room, the air was not working properly and i tried to get them to put me in another room and they insisted on getting maintenance and didnt nothing about. It was a horrible stay that weekend. I would not spend my money like that for a weekend again there. Its too hot for that. I spend too much money with them to get poor service.

This place is a dump!! The air conditioner didn’t work. We asked to switch rooms they weren’t able to. Then my son and grandsons got bit by what I believe were bed bugs. Don’t stay here.. we are asking for a refund.

When I reserved our room, I reserved a smoking room since my husband smokes. When we arrived I was told that there were no smoking rooms available. I understand that the motel wanted to fill their rooms but since our room was prepaid, I figured that would count for something, obviously I was wrong. After finally deciding to keep the nonsmoking room we proceeded to go to the room. Upon our arrival to the room we were stopped by people loitering around trying to bum cigarettes and change. 2nd strike. Once inside the room the water did not work. After making two separate calls to the concierge with no response, we decided to leave. We didn’t stay and the concierge stated that we would receive our refund, which we asked for several times, from Hotels.com since I booked and paid for the room through the app. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Motel 6 and that incident alone has made me view the entire chain as shady. That particular location was bought by Red Roof Inn a few years ago, now I see why they were turned back into Motel 6.

Plumbing was backed up and bathtub was filled with muck. Couldn't shower.
