amazing...friendly staff...

This is one worst hotels even been in. Fridge was not clean very nasty place to stay in would never stay there again.

Room was very dirty. Poop stain on the toilet rim. Stains on the window curtains dirty and moldy bed wasn’t cleaned only gave sheets no blanket! Bad area the smell of weed and loudness of animals and people being loud and screaming and slamming doors won’t be back

Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate our needs, but the motel was filthy, there was no coffee in the morning, the fridge had food from previous guests, the bed while made wasn’t clean, the phone in the room didn’t work. There was dog poop in the hall. All in all a really bad stay I will never stay at a motel 6 again

Barbara isnt as friendly and helpful as other staff , infact i could notice that other guest had multiple issues with her unfriendliness and very unwelcoming attitude

Very bad location and staff not friendly, room not clean, no daily room clean and there lots of homeless outside on the property. Will not recommend it to stay here!!

Room was small, sparsely furnished smelled like a kennel. Very strong dog urine odor with disinfectant smell. Air conditioner/ heater fan was loud. Bare minimum room with zero decor.

Nice budget stay hotel, we booked for one night. I didn't find any issue with the property

The front office staff was solution oriented and kind.

They were not ready at the check-in time. They demanded $20 cash deposit per room from my team. This was never mentioned during booking. Rooms were disgusting. Telephones were not in rooms or didn't work. Some rooms missing shower heads. General cleanliness is miserable. It's embarrassing that we have to pay for this and send employees to a pitiful environment this facility offered.

This property is ran down. Sheets on the bed looked like they were dirty. Beds are worn out. Next time I’ll pay more to stay in a better hotel.

Hotel is somewhat awkward in its location. Right on interstate 20 but no exit at the hotel itself.it is necessary to make several turns to get to it.

It was not on the website they ask for a cash deposit when I arrived but did not have cash on me wouldn’t do credit card I am driving a big truck so go to it cash was inconvenient for me so I will not stay there again

The customer service was the most unprofessional experience I have ever witnessed in my history of renting and booking hotels I now have already paid for an actual booking and when I called up there to speak to the front desk they were so rude and so unprofessional that they hung up on me three times I asked the lady's name she refused to give it to me I will be calling corporate because I have done nothing to deserve this and I simply had the question asked if I needed to use the same card that I use yesterday's booking or if I needed to use a different one and she hung up on me three times and cussed at me and told me she not to call back!

Front desk clerk was nice although she had to clean the room at 9pm because housekeeping didn't. Also the door to the room was open upon arrival which is scary I had to go get the front desk clerk to go in and make sure it was safe to go in. The sheers were dirty, there was no toilet tissue, smelled horrible

The stuff was rude. I didn’t even get my deposit back just cause they didn’t have me on the books. I was checking out at 4am because I came from Texas

I get it. This is a cheap hotel. But.. Shower wouldn’t get hot. The place was dirty. People milling around. I won’t be back here anytime soon.

Absolutely horrible. Didn’t stay the night. Roaches and our room was completely trashed, elevator was too dangerous to use. Don’t stay here.

I have been driving all night only to find out the room that I already paid for, with NO REFUNDS, was booked up and not available for me, this is abusive treatment of the consumer, no refund policy is barbaric approach.

No keys to the room, the door to my room did not lock, the entire place is nasty.

Booked a non smoking room but got there and learned they didn't have non smoking room. I didn't realize this was a pet friendly hotel but learn that after seeing dog feces on the floors. The hotel reaked of cigarette smoke in halls and pot smell in the elevator. Had to leave upon first few minutes of being there.

This was the WORST hotel I have stayed at during my entire trip of 3 weeks. First, the electronic key system is broken-I don’t even have a key to my room, there is a massive water spot that was a “pipe burst” in Galway, place smells like mold. The phone in room doesn’t work nor does the remote for tv-can’t turn in tv without remote. And the toilet set is hanging in its last legs with one screw (which could be easily fixed). The neighborhood is sketchy-but it is a cheap hotel…

I am very easy to please when it comes to a hotel. I mostly expect a place to unwind and sleep between trips in the car or visiting family while I'm in town. If I wanted luxury, I would book a nicer hotel. However, this place just did not cut it. We arrived late and were greeted kindly at the desk. Everything looked fine til we got up the elevator and off on our floor - and then the smell hit us. The hallway on the second floor just smelled like urine, and not distinctly animal either. Thankfully, when we got to our room, we did not detect that smell inside. The metal door frame into the bathroom was rusted through, and the furnishings of the room were somewhat dated, but it did look clean at least. We climbed into the old, squeaky bed, and tried to get a good night's rest. We turned the TV on and tried to change the channel only to learn the remote was broken. Oh well, no biggie, but a bit disappointing. We woke up in the morning and the first thing we saw were two cockroaches climbing up the wall. We got out of bed quickly to get a shower and get out the door, at which point we spotted another live cockroach, stepped on a live cockroach, and found a dead cockroach in our bed. We didn't stay long enough past that to determine the quality of the shower. If another place has rooms available, and you can spare the ten bucks difference, you'll save yourself a lot of ick. We just booked our room too late - beggers can't be choosers, I guess.

The bed was comfy. Butnother than that no fridge or microwave an there was bugs all over the place. People banging next door to us couldnt really sleep. Was about to leave but said screw it an stayed because it was already late an didnt feel like driving anymore after driving 18hrs.

The usual solid value at a low cost. Had a little trouble checking in because my pre-registration didn't go through, probably my fault for putting an incorrect number for my credit card. It would have been nice if they had notified me that it didn't go through. I spent an extra half hour at check-in because of this. But the clerk was as nice and helpful as he could be.

It took over 25 minutes to check in and they tried to tell me they were full despite my reservation. Come to find out they just didn’t know what rooms were cleaned and which ones weren’t and they didn’t even keep track of which rooms they filled. They demanded I give them an additional $20 cash as a “security deposit.” Finally got into the room and was met by 2 cockroaches. It’s Motel 6 so I didn’t expect much, nor did I need much. But this was ridiculous.

I booked the hotel online . I paid for my reservation. When i get to the hotel . The front desk worker was scary then told me my reservation was canceled. I didn't receive no email or cancelation notice..
