Couldn’t get my room clean when I stayed the whole weekend, the room was nice n clean when i first got there!! But the women at the front desk is rude as hell…

Very bare bones stay. We were asked for a $53 cash deposit for the room. I never read any place on the site that there was a cash deposit. We had already paid for the room. We refused to pay the deposit. When we left, they had no idea we hadn’t given the deposit. They didn’t offer to give our deposit back… odd

The property is in fair condition but somewhat expected for the rate. Could use new updates. I did not like the requirement of an additional $50 cash deposit to be held til departure, requiring me to travel to the bank for cash. Most hotels/motels hold a deposit on your credit card. If my room had not already been paid for I would have found another hotel.

It is an old property which is used for many years already. The service is under average. The front desk does not help much when they seem like they dont care about customer especially the lady.

Roaches

The place is comfortable, it is very quiet and it have enough parking lots. The room had a leak problem in the floor.

Staff were very friendly but once we got to our room there were boxers in bathroom and pop still in fridge.. so not cleaned.. over to the side of building there is wires hanging from a power line, I’m sure shut off but besides the point.. pep hole was very dirty as well? Which is never someone things to clean.. but we couldn’t see out of it.. so if someone knocked we had no choice but to open the door.. which turned my stomach..

Although the facility is in the process of remodeling, the staff were amazing. The only issue is at check in, there’s a refundable deposit that is only accepted as cash, which is not stated anywhere. There is an ATM in the lobby. It’s in a great location with restaurants and stores nearby. I have 2 service dogs that accompanied us and everything was great with them. There were no roaches or bedbugs, which is a plus. The WiFi is free, but cuts in and out. I was able to get a 2nd room for some work I had to do, and was provided a discount by the manager. Overall, one of the nicest Motel 6’s that I have stayed at when traveling. The evening and overnight staff were very helpful and accommodating and very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were secure and rather quiet during the evening and overnight. When I travel to Warren MI again, I’ll definitely book a room here.

Our stay was amazing the lady at the front desk who checked me in was amazing.

When we went to check in, they put the wrong name in and then proceeded to argue with me saying I didn’t have a reservation until they realized they put in the wrong name. On top of that they make you pay a 50 cash deposit which was not stated at time of reservation. The room was very nice though except the ac did not work very well.

Good place if you looking for cheap stay, don't care about new and upgraded room and type of people you run into in the parking lot, lol it was clean and cheap

Floor of the hotel very sticking almost slippery couldn’t sleep in the morning was Customers fighting Customers was on the phone very load in the morning in the balcony. It’s not a quiet hotel. Overcharge me

Maria at the front desk seemed stressed and unhappy. There were dirty towels and wash cloths on the railing by my door. Yuck. Room was musty and smelled of smoke. Some genius cranked the a/c down to 61 so the room was frigid. The last time I was here I gave a glowing review. This time was very different. I can't seem to add a picture of the towels...

This was the third time I’ve stayed at this property. I stay due to it proximity to my family and the fact they allow pets. Everything was good except for the check in girl on the Friday night I arrived. She was anxious, impatient, excitable, and appeared to be on drugs of sone sort. She tried to charge me a higher deposit when then posted paperwork outside her window clearly said otherwise. After I made her aware of the lower amount she annoyingly accepted the lower amount. Luckily for me I only had the one interaction with her!

Dirty

This was my 2nd straight Thanksgiving staying at this property. In 2021 I booked this property for mainly 2 reasons, proximity to my family and the fact that they allowed pets. When I arrived in 2021 I found the room to be unsafe due to a busted doorjam and I had to repair it myself (thank goodness that I brought my tools). I returned in 2022 only because they still allowed pets but I had much lower expectations. Much to my surprise I found that the completely remodeled and updated the rooms. I had no safety issues at all and the 2 minor issues that I found were immediately resolved (a blown bulb in the bathroom light and a dead battery in the key card reader were the 2 issues that was fixed within minutes of the staff being aware). The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The maintenance and housekeeping staff were completely accommodating. The location is very centrally located to many eateries and retail options (including a Walmart only a mile away both north and south of the property). I would be happy to stay there again in the future.

Convenient for dog owners with wooded area in back. Nice renovation of rooms.

Receptionist Sommer was extremely rude with my wife at the time of checking in and probably will be again at the time of checking out if she is still there. It was a terrible experience dealing with her as a guest at this facility.

The room had rust and black mold along the base in bathroom. The remote had to have a special code to usr. The door was broken and the chain on toilet broke.

The updated rooms and the staff they are awsome
