Great location… clean and newly renovated rooms… very good full service restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner!
Also snacks & necessities available 24/7. Only thing - the pillows were lumpy.

Great location, has very friendly staff at the front, and EVERYONE at the restaurant. The evening barman who was there on Sunday, May 19th, needs additional training on guest service to align with the rest of the amazing staff. It is a pet-friendly hotel with dedicated potty areas.

We loved our stay. They accommodated all our special requests even though the hotel was sold out. There was a volleyball tournament on that weekend but it was still wonderful to stay. Mostly quiet. Close to everything and very convenient

The lobby seating were dirty with stained seats, and the rooms had stained countertops and tables. Would not recommend it for a Hilton chain, there is no pride or care demonstrated in the upkeep of their hotel.

They made our anniversary extra special with beautiful rose petals on the bed and a card signed by the staff. Thank you!!!

Easy and convenient check in. Rooms were clean and we couldn’t beat the location. Will definitely stay again soon.

The hotel was very chic yet cozy when I walked in. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and nice. The pool was warm and had ample space to relax if needed. I didn't love that the workout room had a window right into the pool area but otherwise it was great. There was a fire place with lots of nice seating in the lobby next to the hotel restaurant.

Room was not clean when we arrived; floor, chairs and surfaces had debris all over them. Had to ask front desk to send someone to re-clean our room as we went out for food to pass that time. Pool area was dirty, had live and dead bugs all over the place. Bed would not stay still, was very squeaky and the mattress looked like it was on a platform meant for a bed smaller than a king. Staff was nice but will not stay here again.

Hotel is conveniently right off the 401. Lots of shopping and food options nearby. Room was spacious and bed was SO comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Will definitely have it again next time I stay.

At in excess of $230 per night, the rate is high for a property that needs a refurb to get it up to Conrad Hilton property standards.

I was looking forward to a beautiful, clean, relaxing stay so I booked a King suite with whirlpool tub. The room was beautiful and the location was convenient. Unfortunately I encountered the following:
1. King mattress is on a Queen base -- not comfortable to sit on the side of the bed
2. After prepping a bath I noticed the water was GROSS and it got worse when I turned on the jets. I attempted to clean it myself but couldn't imagine getting in there afterwards.
3. When I went to shower there was a dirty handprint on the shower wall.
4. The bathroom vent was full of dust.
5. Shampoo/conditioner/ body wash is no longer single use. Now there are large bottles fastened to the wall. I understand this is to decrease plastics, but with the other dirt issues I didn't trust that these products were clean inside.
I am not one to complain and didn't call the front deskbut I would be hard pressed to book any room at this location again.

I would say the restaurant staff would be the area I would would like to see improve.Although I do enjoy talking to the staff in restaurants, having them share their problems with me or just being negative in general conversation is a bit much. It almost seemed they were trying to sell me into providing s better tip.

Had a wonderful one-night stay at Hilton Garden Inn. Very clean and comfortable room with all the amenities. Breakfast was excellent.
