The room was very run down, luggage rack, hair dryer etc rusted. air vent looked like hadnt been cleaned in years. I suspect the hotel is used for low income housing. fighting people in nearby room made it an uncomfortable stay. people swearing and vulgar in parking lot.

the area is HORRIBLE, the staff were lovely

I did not like the property. The girl that does check in was back and forth outside talking with a guy who was just parked there. I was supposed to be in a king bed non smoking. I was given a room with a queen smoking. Again i went to talk with someone at the office and she was still outside talking to the guy just parked outside. I will never stay there ever again

I like the fact that they try to put me in the same room.

A few of the long stay/frequent tenants is the only reason why I come back, and i dont like the stagfs attitude on checking out they're so rude after they got your money.

As budget, older properties go, this one is not that bad. I only saw one roach during my four day stay. The wifi was largely inoperable. It took a minimum of one hour each time I wanted to connect to it. I always had to call the front desk, despite being next to the office. To their credit on the last day the manager did give me the password to another WIFI access point. The Wifi from the hotel only worked in one corner of the room despite the antenna being literally 25 feet away. The nearby dining options are bad and badder. The WAWA gas station next door has typical C-store fare which is a roll of the dice. Otherwise you have Wendy's, KFC, Burger King, Popeyes, and Tacobell nearby. There is also a Denny's across I-95, but I strive to avoid them as they are almost always greasy and nasty with bad service and inadequate staff so I didn't try this one either.The shower is small and missing water seals so water inevitably splashes out all over the floor. The shower head is rated for 5 drops per minute of water, so I recommend bringing your own and tools to change it if you like to get wet. No soap tray in the shower, but you can balance the shampoo and soap on the top of the shower enclosure.The room was clean and housekeeping did a good job, including changing sheets when requested.
