Check in staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. We needed to take the shuttle at 5:45am and a cold breakfast should have been an option such as muffins and fruit juice. We missed the breakfast that started at 6:00am due to our early flight. Coffee in the lobby was not even available in the morning and in the prior evening it was available but there were no creamers and we were told that none would be available until the next day??!! Customer service definitely needs improvement. The shuttle bus drivers were excellent.

Dated hotel with yellow colored electric switches, turned yellow over time. Surprised that we got upgraded to a suite with two bathrooms, that was great.
However, no coffee in morning in front desk. We asked for coffee but told they had none. Elevator had coffee spills when we went in, with half elevator with coffee .
Breakfast had limited options, no bread only bagels. Plates were missing and some tiny plates were given . Coffee was at main reception and in our case, they were out of it . And at 9 am .

Had issues with bathroom items in need of repair. Like the toilet seat being loose and the bathtub not usable and drained poorly. The morning breakfast was not as described and most items that were made were either over or undercooked

Very kind check in and helpful staff. We couldn’t get a shuttle to airport but that was our fault for not inquiring sooner as they were booked. Airport was literally minutes away though. Would definitely stay again!

The room needs updating, the light in bathroom is rusty, and the shower could have been cleaner was hard to turn off. The breakfast was a disappointment. They seem to be out of a lot of stuff all 3 days: No yogurt, no water, no milk, no waffles.

The overall stay was average. Our check in gentleman was not helpful and gave us no information/incorrect information about the shuttles and leaving our car. He was not helpful at all.

The stay was uneventful. Room was comfortable. The heating/ air conditioning unit was old, noisy and left over from the hotel there before the partial renovation.
The free breakfast was underwhelming with a very low brow "buffet" consisting of "sausages" made of some non-pork material and little imitation "french toast" sticks and sugar-free syrup. At approx. $100/ night it was more at a Red Roof Inn quality. Never again.

The pillows were small and it’s not comfortable. The lady who was in charge on the breakfast room was not nice.

Room was decent, some blown bulbs but over all good. I asked for a DND sign, as I didn’t need housekeeping for the 2 nights. Was told they didn’t have them as rooms were only serviced between guests or on request. When I returned the second night, the room had been serviced ( which I don’t have an issue with, just didn’t need it). However they took the bath mat and soaps, and did not replace them. My key card didn’t work when I got back either, so not sure if they had thought I was leaving. No larger issue from any of it just odd and a minor inconvenience. Wouldn’t rule out staying here again, just didn’t do anything to make me go out of my way to.

Not a bad stay. Got in late from BWI. Shuttle came and got us in a timely manner after we called the hotel. Friendly and helpful shuttle driver. Great front desk. Clean enough room, albeit a little dated. Great stay for the price though. Breakfast was good. I would stay again.

Maybe it depends on the floor that you stay on.

I did not get the room I had specifically booked to accommodate my family. When I went back to the front desk to get the correct room the next room I was given smelled so strongly of weed we had to leave. We ended up back in the smaller room. Hotel overall is run down and could use some updates.

Hallway smelled musty but thankfully did not carry into our room. Front desk seems to only answer the phone about 60% of the time when you try to call for any reason. Otherwise the continental breakfast was an easy start to the day for us and the housekeeping team was friendly when we ran into them one afternoon

The service was great, checked in quick. The hallways, elevator, and room were clean. Everything worked in the room.

Service was poor, unprofessional. Ice machine didn't work on the 4th floor, had to go to the main lobby to get ice. Small pillows on the King size bed looked like pillows for a child's bed. Toilet leaked and sink leaked. I wouldn't recommend it, nor will I stay there again.

We chose the property by its location, shuttle service to BWI, and positive experiences at other Radisson properties. Radisson properties have nice furnishings and finishes that are welcoming and clean. The service from the Front Desk was superlative! When faced with a late-arriving shuttle driver and 6 traveling patrons who had early flights to catch, the manager was courteous, friendly, and reassuring. She made a point of contacting the driver when it seemed he should truly have already arrived. She never shared the issue-- to uphold the driver's credibility, but all was quickly resolved, and all arrived at the airport in good time. We tipped the driver ($40 total) so that he could truly know his service was appreciated, needed, and valued even when early calls affect his lifestyle, cost him gas, etc., to be there!

The hotel had a shuttle to the airport that was not only on time yet early. The hotel is located at a great location. Chili's is right next door to get food. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nice!

There were a lot of things that were wrong two were fixed right? Also, the hotel refunded me a night, but I guess I have to go through Expedia. They told me to get the night reimbursed to me from Expedia that they should send it to me

The hotel stay was a good one. We did have an issue with the microwave, but it was fixed promptly. Hotel staff were friendly and extremely nice., would highly recommend this hotel. The price was reasonable for our budget. Great stay. Great place Ann’s it smelled good.

Physically, the hotel may be showing its age, but the staff does such a great job taking care of the guests that it doesn’t seem that important. Combined with the ease of their airport shuttle service, it’s our night before stay for BWI AM flights.
