The hotel itself is good, clean and was in an excellent and quiet location. The rooms are basic and as described. The only issue that I do have is that breakfast is advertised and charged for through the hotels.com site but due to current restrictions they are not offering breakfast. I understand that this is for all of our safety but I don’t feel that they should be advertising a service that is not being provided at this time. A refund was made but this was of a lesser value than that charged by hotels.com

I loved that this was in a safe location with nearby grocery and restaurants and metro station and bus stop. The staff was kind and accommodating. The proximity to the city sights felt a bit far because when I was there there was a strike and the metro wasn’t running, but that is no fault of the hotel.

Heartwarming welcome. All the staff at the hotel are very professional, very friendly, available and particularly attentive to the well-being of the guests. We feel at home!

The hotel is falling apart the charge a fair amount and then if you have breakfast it is 9 euro each for a few buns. Do not stay here there are far better placed to stay including breakfast. Do not get robbed!

It is a good hotel. Local stores, Post office, Metro station, and restaurants are on walking distance. Also, I had the Eiffel Tower view from the balcony. However, the internet speed was slow.

My friend and I are extremely unhappy with our stay here. The wifi worked off and on at a very slow speed, we were on level one of the building, closest to the router, so good luck to anyone staying on the upper levels. The staff member at check-in was unfriendly, lazy and possibly uninformed. I asked if there were two beds at check in to double check a request I had made, she said "I don't know let me check" and rolling her eyes with an exasperated sigh went upstairs to check. Why that wasn't confirmed beforehand, I don't know, why it was such a problem for her to check, I also don't know. She also failed to tell me about the laundry facilities or any of the other features at check-in. Because of this, we were waiting for room service. We needed our bedding changed and the trash is taken out. There was only one very small trash can in the room. Again I have no idea if there was somewhere to empty the trash as we were waiting on room service that never came. The heater in our room didn't work so the duration of our stay was chilly. The 2 bedside lights did not work, nor did the light in the hallway. This was very unsafe as we are two female travelers often coming back at night so we were often standing in the dark and using our phones to light the way, which is ridiculous. We ran out of toilet paper during our stay but there was never an employee at the front desk to ask for help. I saw a maid servicing a room and asked her to put towels in ours. It was like a tiny apartment equipped with everyday necessities, I loved it.

Excellent aparthotel - fully equipped studio for 2 people - full bathroom with kitchenette. Great staff in a very calm location just a ten minute walk from the metro and then a ten minute metro ride intoto the center of Paris. A fantastic place !

Value for money, easy to stay like home, but no staff during 22-7

Hotel is close to the main train line and metro line which is literally minutes from anywhere in Paris, both transports are so easy to use. Hotel room was spacious and clean with all amenities you could require. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Bad customer service. They told me when I arrived that the elevator will be repaired. I stayed 12 days, and the elevator has not worked. Lies. If your room is on the upper floors, good luck carrying your luggage through endless flights of stairs. The receptionist was the worst. He lacks the basic principles of customer service. He is always angry and rude.

It was a horrible place and a bad choice. No elevator working. If your room on the top floor, good luck. Front desk was the worst. He is impolite and nasty. He treats people like his servants. Never ever in a million years.

It was overall a good staying.I found a clean, quite room. The N train line that leads to Montparnasse which has a station not far from the hotel was closed most of the time during my staying, because of works in progress, so I needed to walk to the metro 13 line closest station which is a little too far,a 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The person at the reception was a little too cold at arrival and also at check out ( maybe hearing a 'thanks' or 'goodbye' when you are leaving rather than a simple 'ok' when you are returning the keys would have been appreciated), but it is something I experienced also in another hotel Aparhotel in Paris. They should work on that. For the rest I would raccomand this hotel.

This was a very well priced hotel with a well equipped kitchen. The area around the hotel is good and safe. A good Intermarche is just down the road and the metro is about 8 mins walk with direct access to the centre of Paris.

Basically you get what you pay for. A temporary apartment that you have fridge, microwave, stove top, walk in showers, and pretty spacious bedroom/tv room. The customer service was excellent, my only complaint is the mattresses are terrible. But there is a market within walking distance and plenty of restaurants. Overall a decent hotel for the price, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Apartment is basic but adequate. Staff were professional. My main issue is that bedding and towels didn't get changed for the entire 6-night stay. They say this is to help the environment but offer an "a-la-carte" clean for a surcharge! The do however offer a daily maid service if you only stay 1-3 nights. I don't understand this concept. I think it's wrong and unhygenic and doesn't shout environment to me but shouts money. I don't mind cleaning up after myself in an apartment but I do want bedding and towels changed as a minimum in an apartment in a warm climate. Room only had a balcony door, no window, and had no security chain to keep the door open so it was way too warm at night and too unsecure to leave open. All in all it was a well priced, clean room but with a few negatives for me that would put me off returning.

Hello, The main reason why I booked in this hotel because the price was very good, Before going there, i said to my friends i am staying in 2 star hotel and it is a littlie far from central Paris, most of them said you will be disappointed because you paid not much so the quality for the hotel will be poor. Surprisingly, the hotel was very clean, very nice and comfortable, it was about 5mins walk to the Metro and bus station, brand new hotel, the service was great, and the hotel staffs were very nice as well. We did like it too much, and if i am going to Paris again, i would go to the same hotel. i do recommend it.
