I needed a place to crash for a couple nights and it did the trick. The sink had a big crack in it, and the toilet was somehow not attached so it felt like it would fall over every time I used it. But the manager was super nice, and didn’t hesitate to give me a new key card after hours when the magnetic strip on the original stopped working. A clean, decent motel.

Very mundane. Bed was stiff as a 2x4. Bath tub backed up immediately. Lots of dust as if room hadn’t been used in awhile.

I stayed in room 101. It had a very strong, pungent smell of cat urine. During my 2-night stay, I had several fleas land on me. There was a massive wad of long hair stuck to the wall in the shower. The bath mat had quite a bit a mold around the suction cups. The bedding seemed clean thankfully, but the rest of the room didn't feel clean at all. Next time I'm in town, I'll stay somewhere else.

Order motel had everything one needed for a short stay. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and couch. Bed a little too firm and some traffic noise but overall clean and well kept up and close to coffee shops and restaurants.

The hotel is adequate, nothing fancy, and a bit worn out. Staff were helpful, bed was comfortable.

Alex, at front desk check-in, was friendly, and gave us the quietest room ( The hotel is on a busy road, so bring ear plugs or white noise machine!). The room was spacious, clean and bed was comfy and nice shower. The carpet and wallpaper (coming off in places) could stand an upgrade, and the privacy blind is torn. For the price, ( includes a muctiwave snd mini fridge) it wasnt bad.

Wow, one time great property totally deteriorated. Now a health hazard dump. The shower didn’t drain very dirty black mould in the bathroom. Drive the distance away from this place and find another place to stay. The night. Manager was very nice and helpful. Too bad he has this dirty filthy property to work with.

I must say our stay with our service dog was excellent. The staff was amazing from the manager to the cleaning crew. Its so convenient to WOU it made it even more better. We will FORSURE be staying there a few more times until my baby graduates in 2024. Thank you College Inn.

The room was clean and did not smell of perfume or odor-masking agents. The bed was firm and comfortable. With those two requirements met at an affordable price point, this is my go-to place to stay when I am in the area.

Bed was fine covers were only adequate. Shower worked well plenty of hot water. Toilet didn’t flush properly and was never repaired. We were given a plunger. Overall was not satisfied. Would not recommend.

I loved the location of the property however it would be nice if they clean the rooms everyday. They only changed our towels but no cleaning of room.

Monmouth is a very beautiful area and a cute college town. Bathrooms were in need of a serious deep clean and new shower curtain.

Our room smells horrible and had massive stains over all of the carpets and couch, it told us we had booked a queen room with a sofa, but it had to be a full size bed at best. Nothing about this place met the standard of what was promised or what we paid.

The room was a good size. 1 king bed and a short couch.
Sunday night there was a lot of metal clanking. Maybe metal expanding with hot water? But it was all night.
This is the first hotel that i felt tall in. I am 5'5" and had to duck down to rinse my hair. :)
Check the vending machine before you get anything. It was emoty but didn’t tell hubby when he tried to get a soda.

This place was extremely run down. The shower barely worked, especially when you moved toward the warm water. The rugs were disgusting, covered with stains. The beds were old and the blankets ancient.

Carpet in room had large stains. The stains were sticky if you stepped on them. Waited 45 minutes to check out. No one ever showed up. We finally just left.

Appeared to be a party on Saturday night. No staff around to quiet them down. Also tried to call front desk to ask a question and no answer and no call back.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived before check-in time that they had a room ready. That gave me time to shower and primp before heading to my cousin's wedding that afternoon. The room was dated, but clean and comfortable. Everything worked and I felt safe staying there alone. It was nice that for check-out I could simply leave my key card in the room and hit the road.

The bathtub was so stained that I didn't want to get into the shower. There were little piles of dirt in the corners of the bathroom. The blanket had stains on it. I couldn't wait to check out. For the price, I didn't expect anything fancy. But I never expected that I wouldn't even want to get into the shower.

Carpet and foot-of-bed cover were filthy dirty. Stairs were dirty. Border tile off loose detached from wall.

Rooms need work. Microwave would turn on and run forever, even if set for 1 min. No comforters on the beds or mattress pads. Just a sheet over the mattress. Shower doesn’t drain and the toilet barely flushes after a few attempts.

Okay basic lodging I guess. Nothing special - Nothing outstanding... Would have been nice to have a little bar soap for the sink and there were some large, very sketchy stains in the carpet by the front door which prompted me to not walk in that area barefoot... Also, no convenient outlet to plug my laptop into or light fixture at the room desk. The bed & pillows were great and the room price was good.
