Very friendly staff-gave us great breakfast recommendations and info about the area. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was super comfy 😊

Perfect stay in an older motel. Super clean, super quiet, super nice owners. It’s definitely no frills but the beds were comfortable, good wifi, hot shower. Bring cash to save several dollars you’d spend using a credit card. We’d definitely stay here again.

Clean, budget friendly hotel. Second time I've stayed here when traveling through the area. Dated motel, but appreciate the clean,well kept rooms, comfy beds, and friendly service. I'd stay here again.

Wow! This is a wonderful hotel. I will be back. Kevin was fun while checking in. He was very helpful with where to eat and what to check out in the area. First time staying in the winter. Ironwood has my heart and I have stayed at several local hotels and I will be back to stay here again! Hands down clean and comfortable beds. Rooms were clean and spacious.

This was a great place. Room was spacious and clean, lots of outlets for charging our devices. We booked the main floor without realizing, but they had no issue moving us to the second floor.
Very helpful with recommendations with dinner and breakfast.

The accommodations were adequate but clean. Nothing special and rather warn and outdated. No heat on in the room so we had to wait for it to warm up from 60 degrees, and the fridge was not plugged in so had to let that cool before using. Price seemed high for the quality.

Every thing was great...the small touches were really appreciated...nice quiet heating system...the toilet also..very quiet..parking right outside our room door..the shower did not have soft water tho..that would have been nice as we are used to that...and I Love the american flag...on the front..but you could really do without the trump flag..otherwise I would have given 5 stars

I stay here almost every year, when I visit Ironwood. It is the best value around. Although an older building, it is well-maintained, clean, comfortable, peaceful and quiet.

The owner was super friendly and gave us suggestions of where to eat. We had driven over 500 miles that day and so appreciated the quiet room and comfortable bed!

We had simply a wonderful experience staying here. The room was spotless, the area safe & the owners were rock solid hard working folk. I only wish more would have the pride in their places of business as these people do.

The Budget Host Cloverland Motel was a fine choice of a place to stay along this stretch of northern Wisconsin-UP road. Our room was very spacious and well furnished - 3 chairs we could sit in! - clean, and had good beds. Upon entering our room we were put off by the strong smell of cleaning products, but either the smell dissipated, or we got used to it. So we were happy.

Check in was nice and easy. The room was clean. I had a little problem with the key the first time I used it. I got lucky that I got a first floor room since there is no elevator.

This hotel provided a quiet night sleep. Nothing fancy but was adequate for our purposes. I would stay again.

The "Jesus is my saviour, Trump is my president" flag outside our room made me think that democrats, non-Christians, and even non-political people, would not be welcome here. If I had seen this flag before paying, I would have cancelled and moved on. If you want to run a business, leave your questionable politics out of it. And put some ice in your ice freezer.

Great stay . Nice large rooms with natural lighting and all the amenities that you could need. Owner was very welcoming on arrival. Pointed out directions and highlights of area. I had a small issue with my tv , owner came right over and fixed. Room was very clean. Highly recommend !

Despite being a older property it has been recently updated. Our room was bright, clean and spacious. There were no unpleasant odors. It was quiet and the bed was quite comfortable. It was easy to connect to the WIFI. (Some properties make you go through "hoops" to get internet. This one only asked for a password.)
My only complaint, (and this has NOTHING) to do with the motel), is that there were VERY limited dining options on the night we arrived. Almost every restaurant in town is closed on Sundays.
