Great location

Clean and comfortable.

Easy access to bus, subway, and tram. Close proximity to Victoria Park and green spaces of Tai Hang. Room decor is old fashioned, bath tub is relatively small. Pool was not accessible due to repair (not mentioned during booking). In house restaurant is very pricey.

Hotel room is clean. location is convenient and close to subway station. Lot of food options and convenient stores around the hotel. Only downside is that there is no usb charging stations for phone and devices. Need to bring your power plug for usb charging. And there is no power outlet at bedside. Very inconvenient.

Very convenient close to the MTR, easy to go everywhere

Very convenient, very close to all public transport and eateries. Area is safe. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing they can improve on is Internet which is free but not very stable/fast.

the property was conveniently located opposite the tin hau MTR. and also next to victoria park, where I have been exercising every morning. The only complaint I have is the bed mattress in the rooms are stiff like planks. Got a backache every morning. Had to do stretches and decompressions to eliminate aches and prevent back spasm

MTR is only 1 mins away. And you can take cable cars, buses to almost everywhere! House keeper Amy was nice, she tried to understand our routine and give us what we needed every day. Especially how much coffee I needed

Excellent concierge staffs, helpful & friendly, perfect location, just the hotel a bit old, definitely needed renovation.

Air purifier had a bad filter or problem showing very high number raised my concern. Luckily, problem disappearead after replacing it by staff. Not much view from room. One of the room card was not functioning and has to be replaced. Room seems to be a bit old. Location is very close to MTR station and convenient. Overall, will not go back next time.

Bed is really the worst during my stay. The mattress is too hard to sleep. Location is the best. Unless the condition of the mattress is improved, otherwise I will not come back again.

Great location: on the Island, convenient to travel to Kowloon side by MTR and even reach different parts of the New Territories (Yuen Long or Sai Kung). Almost across the street is Victoria Park which is perfect to have a breath out of the skyscrapers; it was a pleasure to walk to the hotel from Causeway Bay. The only minor was the lifts: not only there was most of the time only one working but I found it pretty slow. Rooms: I've been upgraded, the king size bedrooms are good with basic amenities which was to me very enough. They look over Victoria Park and Tai Hang. What I disliked the most were the clothes hangers which were quite difficult to remove from their hooks. Lastly the staff has always been very helpful during my 14 nights there, I will definitely stay again at this hotel. No breakfast included nor access to the swimming-pool, due to Covid so cannot comment about these.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff were in genersk great, helpful and friendly. The staff at the pool could be better. They should have a clock at the pool. And should inform the customers that the phone call made in the room will be charged.
