Needs upgraded. Breakfast was great. Lobby Entrance was nice. Room smelled bad on entry. Wifi was a little in and out.

We had 3 rooms. One room had hair all over the toilet seat, 2nd room the toilet ran all night and the bathroom door wouldn't close, 3rd room had a big cockroach on the floor. All 3 rooms smelled like feet. Carpet in rooms and on the open stairwell stairs was filthy. Will not stay at a BW Plus ever again.

Great little property, friendly staff, clean rooms. We enjoyed our 3 days here. Daily breakfast is a bonus.

Room 316 was spacious and quiet. Two things that I notice and I am not a picky guest. The pillows were too soft for me, and the carpet wasn't cleaned enough. Other than that, I will return. Breakfast was good and the coffee selection was awesome!

We did enjoy out stay with at Best Western Plus in Victoria. Location was great to meet up with our family. We are returning again this Friday Oct 20.

We have stayed at this property on the past. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I read some of the reviews on this site... I do understand the comment on the flood light in the parking light some- one wrote about and while the place is clean, there is an odor and the is showing it's age. So, the big question is, would I come back and stay here... yes, I would.

Nice Hotel!

Everyone was nice especially at breakfast. But the grounds had trash around laying and the pool had trash in the pool.

It was great.

The only negative thing I could say, the shower soap dispenser was very low and hard too use. I just used the sink soap bar no biggie.

The AC unit did not cool the room adequately. The bodywash and shampoo dispensers were empty. The scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet were dry.

Tv quit working the morning we were leaving. Possibly the remote. Breakfast was okay.

Not real friendly at check in, like we were interrupting his night, no information about WiFi, breakfast, anything. Could tell there were leaks in ceiling due to some black spots and paint drooping in bathroom and at door. Shower head leaking and water in floor amd room felt damp. they moved us to another room where someone was in already that we walked in on. Back to original room and shower was replaced. No hot water amd nobody seemed to really know what to do. Finally taken care of. Not a horrible stay but not the best. Hotel needs some work.

We travel to Victoria pretty often to visit family and this was the first time at this hotel. The price was the same as our “regular” place and we were looking to change and we LOVED our stay here! Hotel was nice and the front desk staff was very courteous. The 2nd floor where we were had a strange smell, but that didn’t effect the smell in the room at all. The breakfast area was kept clean and well stocked and was an added extra bonus! We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the buffet for this type of hotel. Overall great stay and our new “regular” place when we come back!

Unfriendly Desk people No hot water in my room one day Room wasn't cleaned very well

It was very convenient to lots of things, easy access! Very quiet & peaceful. Breakfast was excellent, staff bent over backwards to make my stay pleasant. So much so, that I’m here again for overnight stay, before heading back to Arkansas!

Staff was great, overall hotel was very clean, breakfast was delicious, would definitely stay again.

The first time I was here in July, the experience was awesome! The second time I was here in September, the soap containers were empty in the shower and there was lots of trash on the side parking lot. This last time I was here which was this weekend, the night counter person told us that breakfast was from 7am to 10am. The room was ok and could of been a little cleaner in the bathroom. I poured two drinks in the sink and it would not drain. We had to go to the front desk and ask for a plunger. Yes, there was the time change over the weekend and we went to breakfast area around 9 and there was nothing there other than slices of cheese thrown in the mini fridge, waffle mix was all watery and clumpy in the middle, the person who was supposed to make breakfast was not very friendly and unplugged everything and just ignored us. So no breakfast. The lady from the front desk made excuses and used the time change as one and that he has to go clean too. Check out time is not until 11 am so that should of definitely not been used as an excuse. This place is going downhill each time we stay there. Again, tons of trash on the side parking lot like someone had a big party there or something. I love coming to Victoria but I guess its time to look somewhere else for our next visit.

It was very convenient to family we were visiting in Victoria. I hope if we return in May for grandson’s graduation your lobby will be finished. I almost got a splinter signing in. But that’s the price you pay for improvements. I knew you were doing that, so it was no surprise. I liked your prices and that will not keep us from booking a room in May 2023.

We came for one night before Christmas Eve. Staff was friendly and helpful even though they were preparing for their staff party that night. The breakfast was as to be expected in motel free breakfasts, the usual fare, but the lady working the breakfast area was very dutiful and clean, we tipped her. This is a good value motel, very clean well kept property.

It was close to the location I needed to be and accesible to the roads

This property is clean, but just has an "old" feel. I've stayed here multiple times so it certainly isn't anything to keep from staying here! Just don't expect new and shiny. The room smelled stale; the desk clerk took several minutes to answer the bell. Just a very "neutral" experience.

Bed not clean

Staff was friendly and courteous, amenities were clean and comfortable. There was some property improvements being made but the disruption was minimal.

Everything was great our Event was onltv4 minutes away breakfast was great! We will stay again when in town.

I like Best Western brand. However, this specific facility was terrible. It’s under renovation, which wasn’t poster. The smell of mildew became overwhelming during the over night. We’ll never forget!
