The Staff are friendly and accommodating.
The hotel room was clean and in good condition. The pillows were awesome and the bed was very comfortable.
My complimentary breakfast was way above average and the food was really good. I also ate in the lounge and both the food and the service were great. They used a house made patty for my burger.
As a person who is a bit of a “road warrior” and who basically lived out of a suitcase and stayed in hotels 80 nights a year for 20 years, this hotel exceeded my expectations by a lot.
I’d stay here again and I’d recommend this hotel

The buffet breakfast however, was mostly room temp food, and I was told that was all that was available to me, when
in fact I could have ordered off the regular menu and gotten a 'hot' meal which was what was promised

Rooms are a little outdated and the lighting isn’t great. Was a bit dusty but overall pretty clean and cozy. Staff was great and the price was right. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked Heritage Inn on account it is close to where my son lives and to shopping.
The Front Desk Staff and Restaurant staff were Great.
Oh and they have a swimming pool! I needed it!!

The hotel was overall really great but it is older and needs some updating. Our room smelt like smoke, had some big floor stains, wet spots on the floor in the main room, and rotting boards in the bathroom.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was really good for the options offered.

We had a great time even though we did not experience the hot air balloon festival due to poor weather condition. The room is clean and good size, staffs are accommodating and friendly. Good breakfast too.

The price seemed a little high considering the age of the hotel. The hot tub wasn't working, no elevator for seniors or those with mobility issues, no ice machine and the floor in our bathroom was peeling off. The complimentary breakfast was very good with good options and the free
Wi-Fi worked great. Lots of parking and onsite restaurant and bar were added bonus.

The gentleman there when we checked in and out was extremely helpful! Very courteous.
The restaurant and lounge needed a lot of spruce up! We decided not to use either, even though we had free breakfast.

1st room we were give was on the 2nd floow as we requested but the room had strong smell of some one smoked in. Asked to give us a different room. Then we were given a room on the 1st floor. Wash room did not have any soaps. Had to call front desk to bring soap.

The hotel was comfortable but dated. There were no USB charging ports. The bathrooms were cramped with miniscule toilets. The bathtub drained very slowly so you had soapy residue sticking to you feet after a shower.
Staff were courteous and quick to resolve issues.
We had the steak & pint in the bar cooked to perfection. It just took very long to reach our table. When staff need to reach a manager, he needs to be reachable. It is deplorable to leave staff in the lurch.
Houskeeping staff did an excellent job with our room.

Last night at the lounge, I had a mixed experience with the service. The server was excellent, attentive, and friendly, which was a definite plus. However, I was disappointed with the wait time for the food. It took well over an hour and 20 minutes for our order to arrive because the kitchen seemed unaware of the incoming orders. Despite the server's efforts, the delay affected the overall dining experience negatively. Hopefully, the kitchen management improves to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable dining experience for future customers.

We did not end up staying at this property due to our room being in a terrible condition and other rooms being unavailable. We were assured we would not be charged for the rooms, but we’re of course charged and are now being given the run around. Awful. Do not stay here.

The Heritage Inn Hotel at High River in Alberta is a nice, clean, quiet hotel with courteous staff. I would stay there again and recommend it.

Check in was fast and friendly but the overall experience at this hotel could have been better. It’s an old property and is in need of upgrading. The room I was checked into had an overwhelming mold smell that was poorly masked by a plug in air freshener. The hot water tap in the shower was not working properly so my family and I were taking cold/ hot showers while there. The following morning we went to restaurant where we were supposed redeem our free breakfast but left because there was only one server for the entire place which was packed.

Staff were incredibly rude and once we were ready to check out and pay (we were in a rush) they made us pay an extra 20$ "extra person fee" for 20$ which was never listed in the post. This made zero sense because I had booked a 4 person room and brought 4 people with me! They said it was because of the breakfast but they never made it clear that only one of the four people could have breakfast. All they said is that there was free breakfast no matter which room you booked. The hotel was meh and the food was average but just cause of the staff and shadey business behind what we were paying for make this a hard 1/5 for me.

The first room I was in, the heating was up very high and it was uncomfortably hot. The second room was very cold, but more bearable.
