The room was very spacious and clean! The front desk staff was very helpful and did a great job with checkin and questions even with a large crowd because of a local sporting event. Breakfast was okay. The staff running breakfast was also trying to run the front desk because that person did not report for work. This caused things to get a bit messy at the breakfast area and hard to keep up with things but they handled it well and continued to be very friendly.

The staff is courteous and friendly. Parking is ample, well lit and the over all condition of the property is well kept. The room was clean and quiet with comfortable beds and adequate linen supply. The continental breakfast was OK, but should have better selection at this hotel’s price point. I would be willing to stay at this location again if I have more business in the area.

Very clean, well appointed room. Mattress, bedding and pillows comfortable.
We woke up late and missed breakfast, but they allowed us to get coffee and went out if their way to get creamer.

Very nice hotel my 3 girls wanted to bring friends and stay the night to swim and to have a kids spa night very friendly staff my kids are already planning to come back next year to celebrate so we will be back in March 2025

For the cost of the rooms the cleanliness was sub par, the continental breakfast was lacking. There was very little seating area and the chairs did not fit heavier individuals and were uncomfortable. My room key quit working. The room was either too cold or too warm. Housekeeping knocked before we left the room. Should have a list of when people leave to then clean the room not while they are still there. Not impressed at all. Asked for recommendations on where to eat but front desk was too busy chatting with colleagues to give any type of response other than where she was about to eat.

Clean. Terrible check in and check out. CC charged much higher than Travelocity agreement. Front desk attendants intrusive questions are not acceptable. Racist?

Usually, we have better experiences with this hotel chain. Noisy room (neighbors and location over the pool), no towels for the pool, and repeated problems with the heating/cooling systems. Breakfast was pretty good both days. Staff was friendly but didn’t seem ready to go above and beyond to help.

This was one of the more updated hotels we have stayed in lately. The room was GREAT, but the bed was underwhelming, as well as the bathroom, and the thermostat would NOT get below 70. I love a cool room when I sleep and that was a bit too high to sleep comfortably. It seemed clean, so I still felt like the value was good. When we were arrived they were short staffed so, like everywhere these days, but once we made it to the counter the gentleman at the counter was friendly and did a good job. The price was AMAZING for the room we got. The breakfast was very poor. I'm not expecting a chef or anything, but the eggs were swimming in water, the biscuits were extremely dry, the gravy was watered down, and there wasn't a waffle maker, which typically can save a breakfast if there isn't much else. We ended up going to get something instead of eating it. Overall it was a good value for the price, but I couldn't rate it extremely high because of the breakfast and the thermostat....

A great hotel and reasonably priced. Hotel room was a really good size with 2 queen beds, a desk and couch and coffee table. Fridge and microwave. Comfortable beds, very quiet. All the staff were very friendly, great breakfast.

The hotel was very nice for the money. The breakfast was excellent, and Randy made sure everyone was taken care of and very friendly. Scott at the front desk, was very helpful with restaurants and we gave him a few suggestions for he and his wife to try and to let guests know. Downtown Miamisburg was very clean and the restaurants were very good. The Air Force Museum is free and was amazing. We took a trip to Loveland and Lebanon for some small business shopping. Amazing trip.

Bathroom not clean, dirty washcloth was left hanging over the shower rod. Bathroom countertop was not cleaned well and had water spots all over it along with dried soap possibly. Overall the bathroom did not look like it was cleaned well.
Breakfast was one of the worst. Don’t bother and just go out for breakfast.

Wonderful stay. We were so pleasantly surprised at how professional, and friendly the staff were while checking in and out. Room as spacious, beds were comfy, nice breakfast in morning and quiet. Location is close to many shops and restaurants. I thank all the staff at SpringHill Suites for making our two night stay so comfortable!
