Had issues checking in, clerk was too busy talking on their cell phone to answer any questions asked. Not sure the sheets were changed. TV did not work. Had to pull out the refrigerator to plug it in. Not happy about this stay.

It was an old hotel that needs updating. A closet doorknob was broken, bathroom was not deep cleaned, old dirty carpet on floors. Breakfast was very scant. It was ok for one night but definitely not worth the price. Can pay about the same for a much cleaner and nicer hotel in the area with a great breakfast.

The internet was so weak I could not connect my laptop. The TV also used streaming, so TV reception was very spotty, and did not include local channels. The water in the shower was barely luke warm. I am not sure the AC did much good. And there was NO INTERNET.

We greatly appreciated our stay at Best Western and extend our gratitude for the exceptional hospitality. Although the swimming pool was notably chilly and appeared slightly unkempt, we indulged in the experience nonetheless, as it complemented our weekend retreat. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was satisfying.

We were given a handicap room, which was not an issue until we took a shower and the bathroom was flooded. There was no way to keep the water in the shower. This was a huge inconvenience b/c we had only two options: either had to contact the front desk to have someone come clean it up or clean it up ourselves with towels. Given the late hour, neither was a desirable option. It really put a damper on our stay. The breakfast was good tho

Physical facility is average. Pool is indoor but not heated. Staff were friendly. We were in a room on the end near to the interstate so there was some traffic noise. Good location for eating options.

We checked in early with no problem. The room maintained a musty smell and was lacking a side chair. We asked for one to be brought up and they gave us 2 dining chairs and one of them had a nasty sticky substance on the foot which left a tacky spot on the floor. The fridge was more of a freezer and we couldn't keep sodas in overnight for fear of them exploding. The breakfast was decent. So glad they had more than cereal and bagels or muffins. The "omelets" along with the bacon and sausage made for a good keto breakfast. The staff were all helpful and friendly. We might stay there again as it is in a convenient location.

Went here for a weekend. Bed was so uncomfortable we’re both aching. Guy when I checked in Friday evening was great. After that nobody at the counter cared about anything. Breakfast left a lot to be desired and one person was in the lot asking for money and stuff the whole time. They did nothing. Won’t be back to this one. Also hot tub was pictured and it’s been cemented over and sign says it out of service right now 😡

The room was clean and the hotel staff friendly; however, the indoor pool was ice cold and did not look or smell chlorinated and the hot tub that was listed on the website as one of the amenities was gone. The hotel had a sign that the hot tub was not working....I guess not because it was gone. The doors leading outside the hotel from the pool area could not be accessed with the guest key, and the hotel could sure use some outdoor maintenance.

We have stayed in this hotel many times when visiting family in the area. The last time we stayed here was in December. The condition oh the hotel has gone down in the last 6 months. We actually happened to be given the same room for our last 2 visits. Things just looked overall neglected and worn in the room. Particularly in the bathroom. On the exterior of the building bushes had been dug up and left in the beds without being taken away and replaced. This did not look recent either. The pool was closed with some caution tape that had blown down and was now part way in the pool. There just seemed to be an overall neglect to the property.

Very nice olace to stay. I didnt like it that after making and paying for my reservations, i had to pay another $100 deposit when i got there. Things likw thia should be put in bold letting and stated clearly ahead of time. Other than that it was amazing and the beds were very comfortable

Check in was easy, it smelt clean, the room was nice, there was a table and chairs that didn't really fit in itm but that's ok. the pool area was kinda sketchy. The breakfast was ok in the morning. Standard fare.

The staff were nice, however the property was less than appealing. The shower had a large crack in the bottom that buckled if you stood to close to it, the pool was disgusting cloudy with slime and other things floating around, the pool area was poorly kept with old bandaids on the ground, no lights, and no towels. Then when you went outside it was also poorly kept trash all around the outdoor tables, the chairs all had rusted and buckling legs, the grass was extremely high and unkept in that area as well. Overall the room was okay the entrance and breakfast area seemed clean (I did not eat any breakfast at the facility, but it looked clean from a distance)

Not good! Half of our room had no power so electrical sockets and lamps did not work. Hot Tub was out of order and had been for a long time. Also, my husband came home with bedbugs! BEDBUGS! Will not return to this hotel EVER!

Older hotel. Good for an overnight stay while traveling home from the East coast to North East Texas. Dog friendly, which is a plus since we always travel with our little shih-tzu girl. Restaurants within walking distance, literally in the parking lot. Try the Mexican food place. It is great with very fair pricing. Area felt safe and is off the highway far enough that the traffic noise isn’t a problem.

This hotel is modern, clean, and in a convenient location. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and fresh, the cappuccinos were a nice surprise and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Shout out to breakfast room Hostess Brenda. She was awesome!

The hotel pool was “open” but it was disgusting. The hot tube was out of order. The concrete around the pool was busted. No filter running and the water was green. I found molded food behind the couch and under the bed. The room had a strange odor also. Overall very disappointed in this.

I honestly don’t know why some of you people leave this place a bad review. I have stayed here 2 weeks in a row and will be again till out job in Leeds is done. This place is very clean and well maintained,rooms are cleaned and beds made EVERY DAY unlike some other places. The breakfast has so many choices and is delicious. And the staff is absolutely amazing very well done all of you
