The room was nice and comfortable. But I found the lobby, elevator, hallways, and pool areas in sloppy condition.

i did not get the room with 2 queen beds that i booked. The hotel give me a king size bed instead. Me, my spouse and two of my teenage kids have to share the king size bed. My experience is with this hotel i would give it zero star.

Best thing I ate on the entire week long trip was the Jalapeno Muffin the nice lady made for Breakfast in the lobby.

The place is refurbishing, and the lobby and breakfast area looked horrible. They are doing the halls and stuff first, which doesn’t make for a great first impression. We found the bed bag, felt we were going to roll off the edges. The breakfast is not good, the eggs are made from powder, is my guess, and no cheese or anything to put on them besides hot sauce.

My room was near a window that was lit the entire night. The room did not get dark. There were no shades to draw. Very disappointing and a waste of money.
I did not like the fact that the bathroom door always shut automatically. I was attempting to look for something to keep it propped open.
I would not stay at this facility again.

They were renovating, I was on the third floor and could smell the paint badly. They were patching walls ect so am sure will be much better after completion.

Everything was fine with the hotel and the room except for the shower heads are way too low if you're over 6 ft tall you have to bend down a lot to rinse your hair either than that it was great will stay there again

Overall the stay was pretty good. It wasn't in our original plan, but circumstances at our house prevented us from returning home from our holiday travels. We were surprised to find the hotel in the middle of a remodeling project. The bed in our room was not nearly as comfortable as the last time I stayed here. The staff was very accommodating, and the included breakfast was really among the best we have found in our travels.
It would have been nice if there has been more than one armchair, or a couch, with a coffee table in the room.

The stay was great. We were able to check in early. The lady at the front desk Erin, I think that was her name not sure if that’s how you spell it. She needs a raise. She was very friendly and helpful. We specifically stayed at this hotel for the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Everything was fine except they’re remodeling the first floor.

Clean, well kept hotel with many amenities. Rooms were nice as well. Nice breakfast offered in the morning with many items to choose from. Would stay here again if I visit the area again.

Nice place, clean, good service. Only issue is of the three days they only had turkey sausage one day but that’s just a minor issue. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

The hotel was being renovated, the staff was excellent and friendly, the complimentary breakfast was great. It is near some unhoused and it seemed that a guy who was not a guest was working inside the hotel.

We have stayed here many times since it opened. Always excellent service. Our first time without daily housekeeping but we didn’t need it. Susanna in the cafe/breakfast kitchen was excellent. Coffee as very hot and delicious! We will be back again.

$200 a night and I had to come back from a long, hard day at work to find a dirty room, was told that morning that there was daily housekeeping, but there was not. 👎

This was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at in a long time. We even observed one of the employees picking up trash in the parking lot one very windy night. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast area was well stocked and clean.

My stay was very comfortable. The rooms was very clean and had all the accommodations (iron, blow dryer, microwave and refrigerator) working.
The beds were very clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains wet super, I slept like a baby.
The best part of my stay was the breakfasts they provided. This has been the BEST breakfast I had at a hotel.
The food was fresh and cooked to perfection.
I was very satisfied with my stay.

Location and price was convenient. I checked in pretty late and had to wait at the counter a bit before anyone came to check me in. The elevator is really slow. Bathroom sink did not drain too well. Shower had no hot water in the morning. Beds were comfortable enough and the location and price were nice. I’d stay again and be sure to shower at night next time.

I went use jacuzzi to unwind from day and was broken. I went to turn AC on in room and was hot and not working as it was hot in Elk Grove, CA the day I stayed there. Also a bright light outside poured into my room and got no sleep. Room 125. I would like a refund if possible since it was a miserable stay for me!

The room was nice but the cleaning staff walked in on us waay before we were scheduled to check out. My young daughter thought it was someone else walking into the room but it was the cleaning lady. I asked why they were coming in unannounced and she claimed to knock. We had no tv or other noise on in fact we were packing and we heard no knocks what so ever. . Even though we’re we’re checking out no staff should walk into the room without knocking. Safety and security protocols were not followed and I don’t trust the cleaning staff if they walk into the rooms without knocking.
