It was a real treat. Was in town on business and it was a nice beautiful property with a big room. I think it was probably much superior than other lodging in town. Will be back again. Nice to be able to walk over to La Fonda for a bite food there was fantastic. Bed was comfortable and can't beat a tub with jets.

This was the most enjoyable and beautiful place to spend 2 nights in New Mexico. If you like Spanish style architecture, very large rooms, beautiful gardens, stunning interior decorations and the most friendly hosts ever, this is the place for you. The host was very willing to sit down with us and tell us about the history of the property and his creation of it. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

A bit dated by a nice place that’s clean and spacious. Need to change the BnB label because there is no breakfast, not even coffee in the lobby. Coffee in rooms is standard pre packed hotel fare and not very good.

The building and landscaping are beautiful! The room is spacious and gorgeous with a southwest theme with tile, skylights and beautiful exposed beams. The bed was very comfortable!

I enjoyed the appearance of the property, the amount of room, appliances, comfort features available in our casita. We were there during winter conditions so I would like to return during the summer when all the foliage will be in bloom. Should be very beautiful then. Whole place very home-like.

We've stayed here for many years and have always enjoyed the ambience the Inn has. I do miss the great beakfasts once provided but there are nearby restaurants that have great food. Anthony has always been a great host and seeing him this trip was a joy!

It used to be a family welcoming inn. There was a fabulous home cooked breakfast and delightful people. The resaurant used to be elegant and with great food but now it felt cramped and the food was just okay. I love the rooms; they are large and authenticly decorated. The art work and the landscaping is outstanding but the check in person was only slightly cordial.

Parking lot is dirt, as is entry driveway. Difficult to find the property... needs better signage.

I am not certain how we stumbled upon The Inn at the Delta since we weren’t even planning to stay in Espanola. But we are so glad we did. This Inn is an absolute gem! Our room/casita was very very spacious, beautifully, decorated and appointed, and very comfortable. We had a little bench on the porch that looked out at a beautiful garden, where we could sit and have a morning coffee. The huge soaking tub/Jacuzzi was a real treat. Clearly this Inn was built and is operated with a lot of loving care. We will absolutely stay again if we are in Espanola.

Space was nice and so is the area to an extent. The room is really nice but we had a few issues. The power went out a little after midnight and did not come back on. It was our unit and the one next to it. Everyone else had power when we looked outside in the morning. This may have been a hiccup but still no power was a huge issue. Next, I kept on hearing street racing all night. No fault of the hotel but it wasn't quiet at all. I could have stayed in Albuquerque to hear racing all night which I've gotten used too. Nice place but we won't be coming back.

This place was huge for the price. You have your own living room with a fire place that doesn’t function, then a bedroom and bathroom that are also insanely large and you have all the room to spread out your things. The shower pressure was very decent, and there was an extra sink and mirror in the living space that helped when someone was showering but I wanted to get ready. Overall I will stay again for sure if I’m in the area again! Very clean!

It is a beautiful property reminiscent of a villa type property in Baja or Mexico. The staff were very friendly and helpful, walked us to our room.

This property is beautiful. The rooms are huge and beautifully decorated with Mexican style furniture and artwork. The bathtub is tiled and big enough to swim in. The rooms have a kiva fireplace. There is a pretty garden in front of the office. Unfortunately the restaurant is not open, no breakfast is available.

The Architecture of this place is amazing. It's like a Mexican villa. This is exactly what you would expect from a place close to Sante Fe. If you don't like Mexican food (the restaurant is next door) there are several restaurant options within a mile. The staff at this family owned business are wonderful. We will be back.

All the other chain hotels were so much more expensive. We picked this one and were very pleased. The price was good, the room very large and comfortable. We enjoyed our 1 night stay here.

Our check-in was easy as well as our check-out. The trees, flowers, local vegetation, bushes, and huge fountain framed the historic building and rooms wonderfully! The thick adobe walls kept the room cool and the authentic Spanish type was beautiful! We will definitely be returning for another quick getaway!
