This was my second stay in December. First stay was for one night and all good. This stay was for 8 nights and booked two rooms for family. I asked in advance for connecting rooms. When we arrived we were offered one room on 9th floor and second on 6th floor. This was not suitable for family with young kids so they gave us two rooms on second Smoking floor. These rooms smelt of smoke and were old and dirty. After complaining, we were offered two connecting rooms on third floor but was charged a lot more money extra. Not very good service as half of our stay, there were no towels in our rooms. These were bought up after a telephone call. Rooms are tired and old and in need of renovation. Would not stay here again

Terrible bed. They should have hard mattresses. Housekeeping staff keeps ringing the room bell to ask if we need anything. They wake me up at least three times. They are mainly after the tip. The room key stopped working. I had to go down to the reception to get it fixed 3 times in my 2 nights' stay. According to their staff, it gets deactivated if it is kept near to mobile phone. Funny!

Awful room, uneven and broken flooring, I paid $300 per night for a King Bed but was given a smaller bed so had to sleep on mattress on the ground. Breakfast was terrible, the Executive lounge barely any food worth eating, struggled to get a Diet Coke. Hot water system would push hot water into the cold water system every morning. Very silly glass doors that don’t even join for the bathroom. Staff were friendly but management obviously don’t care. This is not the best hotel in Karachi, they must be giving themselves fake reviews. Will never stay there again!

This was my first stay at Avari Towers, Karachi and the staff from check in to checkout made my stay an amazing one. I had booked a standard room via Expedia but the check-in staff upgraded me to their corner business suite on the 5th floor which was an incredible gesture. Of special mention were the housekeeping staff, Abdul Rehman the housekeeper and Abdullah the housekeeping supervisor were absolutely professional and hospitable. The suite was cleaned daily and left spotlessly clean. The are both true marks of great hospitality and we can all learn something from them. The view overlooking the pool and garden and the city was great. Thank you Avari staff for making my stay in Karachi a memorable one. Cheers.

The staff at Front Desk- Rashna & Faisal are very cooperative. Restaurant Staff goes out of the way to treat me as a VIP. Gold Office Staff Nimra & Hina are very helping. Room Service Staff is Superb and so is the Housekeeping Staff,

I highly rate this hotel. The biggest reason is the free airport transfer. When you arrive and exit the airport, the staff will be waiting to pick you up. Thanks to that, I was able to head to the hotel without wasting time. On the way back, if you let us know your flight time, we will pick you up at the airport at the appropriate time. I'm not very good at English, but the staff was very kind and tried to accommodate my requests. I will use this hotel group when I go to Pakistan next time.

Of the three hotels I’ve stayed at in Karachi this was the best. The room was comfortable, the wifi was very fast, the food was good, and the staff were amazing. I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice.

Stayed 4 nights with elderly father and friends. I would like to especially thank Tanveer for keeping rooms clean and cosy and checking up on elderly gentleman throughout stay. I would also like to thank Warsha who contacted me right away as left items behind. A comfortable stay all in all and would stay again when visiting Karachi.

At check in our room wasn’t ready. The King room we paid for ended up being 2 twin beds. Then they shoved the 2 twins together to say it’s a King. The mattresses were at different heights. They only cleaned the room 2 x the whole week. They forgot to leave towels & the bath Matt after the 1st clean. There was no hair dryer in the area that says “hair dryer”. The rest was very good. The people apart from house keeping are terrific and try to be helpful.

Everything was wonderful. The service was excellent, so was the food. The only improvement I would suggest is to vacuum the room if it needs it.

Horrible Hotel! Pictures are deceiving. I will never stay at this property. I got the Executive Suite (most expensive after presidential suite) The housekeeping staff like Nazia, Danish and Warsha were amazing, super polite and humble.House keeping did the best they could with what they have. The front desk staff are rude and very unprofessional. The hotel itself is very old and nasty. There was black water dripping from the ceiling of the washroom through the pot light and smoke coming out of it. The sink was filthy. Bathroom is mold infested. Flooring is old and filthy. Beds have a sink hole in them, gave me back pain for days. Waste of money for $250/night. I had it reserved for 10 nights but checked out after 3 nights.
