The hotel is in a great location for the airport and is about 40 mins walk to Lego House / Legoland. We were allocated a room on arrival and the reception staff gave us a heads up that there was construction happening in the morning and if it was a problem, they would move us. The construction was no issue at all, the problem was the location of the room. The rooms have no aircon, we had the window open as it was warm and I was kept awake by people going in and out of the hotel, suitcases being dragged along, people smoking and taxi drivers stood chatting. If you are staying with your family, then don’t get a room that overlooks the reception doors. The rooms are compact but the bunks are fun for the kids. The bathrooms are a wet room so might not be ideal for those travelling with small children who could easily slip. The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble at all. Breakfast is ok, possibly not worth the money as it’s a small buffet (was £150 for 2 adults/1 child for 3 days) but there is not a lot of choice around the hotel unless you go into Billund itself.

Superb reception staff. Room was OK, not amazing but clean and bed was comfy. Acceptable food and free use of a meeting room on my day of departure was very useful. No rush to leave for my flight as the hotel is so easy to walk to/from the airport.

The Billund Airport Hotel is one of the most convenient airport hotels I have stayed in. It was a 5 minute walk to the airport. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Very happy with my stay due to the convenience and cleanliness which are of course not extraordinary things to expect from a hotel of this kind or at this price tag but I had assumed breakfast would be included in the booking charge and not to have to fork out nearly 25 Euros extra for the privilege. Having gone back to review my booking, I was able to establish that there is no mention of breakfast being or not being included which should have alerted me to the fact that it wasn’t. But it is still a disappointment having paid 230 Euros for 1 night's accommodation (single occupancy) and it leaves a sour aftertaste. Better to have breakfast included in every stay and to ask the customer at check-in whether they intend to use the privilege or not.

Very convenient for the airport, very friendly staff and lots for kids to do. The food at the restaurant could have tasted better but the staff was great.

Decent airport hotel, average breakfast selection. Service is great and staff English capability is good. To get around you will need to always go back to the airport for parking / public transportation.

This is a good hotel - but quite basic. It’s a place to stay whilst using the airport.

I would stay again but only in or out of airport - It’s not a place to stay for more than 1 night.

I didnt like that there was no kettle in the room-
I didnt like the unconventional check in by tablet-
I didnt like that Expedia had not sent me a booking code that was recognised by the check-in computer - so it said I had no booking-
This is distressing after a flight
I eventually found that the barman could deal with check-in problems - but this was not clear from the notices on entering the hotel

Quite a "standard" hotel which is very close to the airport at Billund which is great for early flights etc but is well away from everything else. Not many amenities, good bar but food is "microwave standard" although tasty enough. Was quite expensive as well considering rooms were more Travelodge than Raddisson!!

They don't have slippers even when asked at the lobby, no hot drinking water in the room, I had to go to the front desk and ask for it, then the lady gave me a cup of hot water.
Shower curtain doesn't really work unless you use the rain shower. If using shower head, the water will splash everywhere.

We had a very early flight the next morning so from pad experience we decided to check out of our rural holiday house the night before and into the Billund Airport Hotel before departure. It made for a much easier departure.

An expensive stay with limited facilities for the price paid. No tea/coffee facilities in room. No drinking water in room. Breakfast basic with the amount I paid with limited options. Unfortunately from my POV would not recommend unless one is desperate to stay near the airport.

Have stayed there 3 times within the last month. Only this morning advised of a free shuttle from hotel to terminals.

Hotel is very convenient for airport as it’s walkable. Staff are all friendly, helpful and efficient.
Not great for dining options, though. I just wanted a light dinner and opted for panini. I wish I hadn’t - worst panini ever. Seemed to be some kind of pre-done thing with no filling. Still, the excellent cocktail helped it go down.

Overall a good stay, value for money considering its the only option within walking distance. Nice decor in the rooms but a couple of things stop it being excellent. I contacted them ahead of the stay to check there were USB charging points in the room and was told yes. Actually there were none, only wall sockets which i couldnt use. That was annoying.. as an aside post security at Billund there are no usb ports either but there is a charging station by the lego store where you can lock away your device while it charges. Also plugs around if you have an adapter. Back to the hotel, the other annoying thing is theres zero signage in arrivals for where the hotel is, or maybe i missed it. Had to ask and was simple enough to find after that, as long as you dont mind a dark badly lit walk across open ground. Didnt bother me and to be fair i think they do have a free shuttle. Overall i enjoyed my brief 1 night stay, reception staff were kind and the room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Good value for money and i would use again. But i'll bring a plug adapter next time!

Good, clean hotel next to the Billund airport. We had a very early flight and we’re able to easily walk (about 5 to 10 minutes) with our luggage to the terminal. There is also an on call shuttle just outside the hotel entrance if you don’t want to walk. Very convenient!

Only positive thing i can say about this hotel and my stay at Zleep, is that it is very close to the airport.
