I will never stay there again the room smelled like cat urine; mold all over the ceiling dirty and not worth it

I found someone elses hair on the bathroom floor. The room is really dark. The wall are very dirty, had only 2 towels and the shower nobbs leaked a constant drip when on. The pool was so dirty my kids didnt wven want to get in it.

It was so bad we left. We spent the money we had on this room, it was 110° out that day we got checked into our room and the air conditioner was broken and the front of it was hanging halfway off. The fridge was broken pulled out from the wall and had a puddle of brown water in the bottom and the carpet was wet, I couldn’t get the TV to turn on and while I was trying to turn it on I felt the cable box and it was burning hot even though it wasn’t on seems very unsafe. We went to the front desk and asked if we could get a different room. We could overlook some things but not no air conditioning when it’s 110°. The lady said they’re full even though there was barely any cars in the parking lot. I had my eight-year-old son with me and I was not gonna make him stay in this hot room. I contacted Hotels.com they tried to call her and she wouldn’t answer the phone thank goodness hotels.com has such great customer service they sent me a voucher so that we can go somewhere else to get a room. I will never stay here again. I had stayed here a couple times before and it was rundown but the people were nice and It was affordable. But after this time, never again.

Convenient, quiet and well maintained, and a short drive to the beautiful Victorian historic district in Red Bluff.

Drove all evening 4:30-5 hours just to get there and someone in corporate canceled my reservation so spent an extra 1/2 hour fighting that, got to the room and was completely disappointed stunk like old sweat and cigarettes, AC didn’t work woke at 3:00 am and left.

Filthy, that’s how I would describe it. I don’t ask a lot when I stop by at a motel but, at least I want to be able to sleep without thinking I al going to be eaten alive by some bugs. They were all over the room and even in bed. Room smelled like cigarettes. I slept there because it was late and I was so tired but as soon as I woke up I left from that disgusting place. The owners seemed nice but this is not an excuse to have a place in this conditions.

There was no COLD water in the room … only hot water came out of both sink and shower. Room was not cleaned very well. A stained towel was in the bathroom. The clerk was not responsive.

It was the filthiest motel i have ever seen i was a an interstate heavy hauler and stayed in motels 300 days a year for30 yrs and never seen the like. There is lice moving under the painted bathroom vanity.i could go on but i sure you get the gist. Americas Best franchise should be ashamed.

Was a good stay for the money. Pool was nice, AC worked great, ice machine seemed clean and functioning, good assortment of tv channels, fridge/freezer worked, and management was friendly. A couple negatives but nothing that would keep me from returning. Shower hot water leaked which made me have to clean up water mess after showers. Not enough towels for the weekend to shower and swim.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. I'd recently stayed at motel 6 a few times here in town, and it was noisy and drab with small rooms. America's best value inn in Red Bluff was roomy and far more homey. While the hotel is starting to show its age, I like the nostalgia in the original metal work and the grass and bbq areas around the pool. Decently priced, i really enjoyed my stay here.

We knew we'd be having a very late arrival (1am). The guy working the front desk wasted absolutely no time getting us checked in. We were in our room within 10 minutes of arriving at the property. This was fantastic service, as so many places will make you wait and take their time even late at night.

Good for a one night stay. Only problem was people BBQ'd late into the night. Not sure if they actually were staying there.

Smoking smile so strong

The walls were dirty - needs repainting. The bathroom had 3 unrepaired, inch-deep holes in the floor - hazard, needs to be fixed. Shower did not have hot water - had to wash myself at the sink - needs to be fixed. Plus - only room during my trip that had a working freezer.

I really liked the location being so close to the big grocery stores for excellent food for my dinner. The cable tv worked great! I loved the heated floor and the new carpet. The interior painting and wall, floor trim repair work was not done very well and caught my attention. Nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room. The room was a nice big size.

I used the pool. It was nice and wet.

Terrible. Shouldn’t even be on Expedia. We had two rooms. Decrepit motel. Dirty, smoky rooms. No soap in bathroom. No coffee maker. No clothes hangars! One TV didn't work. Filthy shower stalls. Took photos and can send. Requesting a refund.

Place looks like it hasn’t had any renovations since the 80s. And there were mystery stains throughout, kept itching after I left. But at least there was a pool!

I stayed at the super 8 in town last year which i thought was fairly rough. This place was worse. We left after the first night. I feel bad for the fire victims that have to stay there. But the management was nice. Spend a few extra bucks if you can and find another place.

The property was in poor condition. Tiles loose and hole in wall in shower area, hole in wall by front door, dirty stairway to 2nd level. Carpeting stained.

Nice hotel at a great price. A little dated but a nice hotel for a night's stay while traveling. Clean and comfortable.

Really a dump. Homeless people and discarded shopping carts. Rooms with weird smells and stains on the sheets.
