This was our first time staying here. Everything was outstanding. Allie at the front desk was very helpful. Everything in the room was perfect. There is an excellent restaurant in the building. We will definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Only questionable event was finding a handful of Frito chips on the the desk chair. Which means the chair was not moved and thus under the desk not cleaned. The room seemed clean otherwise. The bed was really comfortable.

It was a great we couldn’t figure tv out and the desk lady I think her name was Nickie her and maintenance came right down . It was user error so they showed us how to use the remote .i definitely will stay there again

Room service was substandard

I didnt like anything because when i arrived i was told they didnt have any rooms because they didnt have staff to clean them.

The property is somewhat dated but not unexpected for the area. The restaurant was closed on Sunday night unfortunately.

Do not stay here! Very dirty. I don’t think the carpet had been cleaned in years. Sheets were dirty. No toilet paper and towels. When asked to get two towels they were hesitant. When she gave them to me she said they don’t match but they are clean! I did get some toilet paper!

We are a great ground floor room, located by the back door making it super easy to bring in luggage. Hotel room was lovely, bed was very comfortable and an overall high standard. Good nights sleep and nice coffee to wake up too!

Centrally located in Kenai. Great restaurant and bars on site. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful. Due to lack of staffing (as many places are dealing with) there was no daily room cleaning or swapping out of towels (they were very quick to provide new towels if you went to desk though)

In desperate need of updating. No maid service for the room. Definitely not worth the money

They supper nice

When we first got there the tv was not working, had to call maintenance. We stayed two nights and the room was not refreshed with shampoo, soap, and coffee supplies. Room service got our order wrong. For $160 per night I would expect better.

The staff is excellent, friendly and very accommodating! Louie’s has amazing staff and outstanding food!! Currently, the hours aren’t optimal.

First the room wasn’t cleaned until an hour and half after “check in” time, then receptionist let us wander around building 1 for 10 minutes before telling us that our room was in the second building. Our room once we finally found it was filthy…rocks in the bath tub, hairs in sink and ice bucket, the mirror had to have been wiped with a dirty rag. Television didn’t work except for one random station that played old rock ballads? Very weird. The couch was broken and sagging on one side, sconces all were hanging crookedly, curtains didn’t close fully because they were ripped. All around not a pleasant stay at all and definitely not worth the $198 we paid.

Love Kenai

Room felt CLEAN, safe and ended up a great find for this area. Extremely outdated if compared to the lower 48, (can’t remember when I last was handed a KEY for my room)but charming old Alaska came through in a Clean way. Adjoining restaurant is fantastic and Room price was a bargain!

They gave away 2 of our 3 rooms even though we had prepaid. They tried to tell us we had only one reservation. We had to get very angry before they said well yes we do show you have three rooms. The clerk finally made two more rooms appear when I asked to talk to the owner. The other two rooms were smaller and lesser quality and we were not offered a refund or discount. Worse experience ever!
