Perfect location, walking distance to everything.

Great place!

I got a message asking that I call back and to let them know what time we’ll arrive. I did. We arrived- and the person who handled our arrival was not really into making sure we’re settled in.. it was sort of put off - an inconvenience to him. Other than that the bed was a lil’ saggy and the night stand had streaks of whatever cleaning product was used. Overall not bad .. would we we return? Not likely.

A wonderful place to have as a base to enjoy Sausalito. Very comfortable rooms in proximity to the jeart of town.

Part time office staff...... however they are great when they are there.

It was perfect! Staff was welcoming. Parking worked well for us in the lot. The keurig machine was a little iffy. We loved walking from the hotel to downtown restaurants and shopping.

It’s a cozy boutique hotel in a fascinating location

There was no air conditioner unfortunately and I had 2 spiders in my room. Unfortunately one of them was active on the ceiling and so I had to take care of it with a pillow. This was at night and there is no staff available after 8 pm (except with an appointment).

Jaylene at the front desk was lovely and very helpful. The room was beautiful - well appointed and clean. The location is outstanding - walking distance from everything!

We loved this place!! From check in to check out and everything in between!! The bed was amazing. First time I had comfortable pillows, and the adjustable bed was a game changer. The customer service was top notch. We were greeted by a lovely young lady that explained everything to us, and walked us to our room and took our bags for us. The view from our room was breathtaking. We will definitely come back.

MAKE SURE YOU GET A ROOM WITH A VIEW OF THE BAY. LOCATION IS SUBERB BUT PARKING CAN BE A PROBLEM.

Such a cute hotel in a great location. Literally a 2 min walk to the waterfront near all the shops and restaurants. Stayed in room 106. Nothing fancy but very clean and updated. Had a bed and desk...nothing else really needed. Hotel staff was super friendly. Would definitely recommend.

location is great! Right downtown you can walk to all the shops and restaurants, but also tucked in to a quiet spot. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Loved all the restaurants, shops and water front so close to the hotel. Hotel staff provided lots of dining recommendations.

I stayed here a year ago and everything was perfection, although we stayed in the Bay Room which had loads of amenities. This time we opted for the Juniper Room and were sorely disappointed with the overall condition of the room. Peeling paint isn’t he bathroom, chipped end tables, no mirrors other than the one in the bathroom, which was hanging by a nail. The bath tub was charming but there is no place to put soap or shampoo. The bathroom faucet was loose and leaking and needed to be tightened. When you pay top dollar for a room in Sausalito you expect the basics.

Gorgeous view of San Francisco and the bay bridge, Alcatraz, and other amazing sites. Love the location to the quaint town of Sausalito and all the wonderful shopping and dining. Went to a vodka tasting room and had a fabulous time trying different vodkas and socializing with locals. Absolutely wonderful weekend. My husband and I will be going back again.

Heating is not working. Carpet doesn’t look clean. The room needs to be updated.

The room was nice and spacious and we liked the balcony and view BUT the front desk person couldn’t be bothered with basic customer service. Prior to arriving the front desk person called to enquirer about the timing of our arrival, I told him around 2:30 and he said see you then. When we arrived just after 3, he checked us in and directed us to our room. We carried our luggage up to a room that was still being cleaned. When we came back down and told him our room wasn’t ready he didn’t even react, just “oh it’s not ready”. We walked to the town for about 20-30 minutes. When we walked in he saw us but said nothing. I walked upstairs to see the room was still not ready. Again, no reaction. We sat in the lobby waiting and not once did the front desk person acknowledge the inconvenience, offer any updates on when the room would be ready, offer us any water, apologize for the delay, etc. We continued to wait in the lobby for another 20 minutes until we could access our room, 1 hour after the official 3pm check in time. We are reasonable people and understand that things happen and rooms may not be ready at check in time but it was the total lack of acknowledgment or any customer service that was so off putting.

Parking is an issue. Was not told about additional spaces and when returned late in evening had to call for info. Additionally outside door by room 104 NEVER shut correctly, leaving the hall open to the public. as a single woman traveling this is really not acceptable.
