Rented two rooms unfortunately one room was very dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The other room was clean. Staff was very friendly.

Very Good Hotel and Friendly Stuff i Like it

Very good except that the first night[Dec.30]-bath fan did not work, second night[Jan.5]-no bath fan.

Outdated, bathroom was filthy and place very beat up and old with stained walls.

Pros: location is good, central to stores and restaurants. The size of the room is nice and the beds were neat. The room was warm when were arrived. Cons: The hotel was older and in very poor condition. The doors had no door stops so there were holes in the walls behind each door. The sinks and bathtub had black mould and grime around the edges. The bathtub had no plug for me to give my toddler a bath, and when I asked for a plug the manager brought me a used one with mould all over it. The water came out of the showerhead at half power when you turned on the tub for a bath, indicating a plumbing issue. The edges along the black carpet in the room had a thick layer of dust, and every single wall had streaks of dirt and fingerprints. The door handles were also dirty. There was no soap dish, and we were given three wash cloths for four guests. There were no outdoor lights so when I woke at 6am to go buy coffee, I couldn’t see where I was walking, and there were steeps steps and slippery walkways. There was no staff at the desk in the morning, 3 guests were waiting a while to checkout so we left our keys on the desk and walked out. Despite the filthiness of the accommodations, my biggest concern was the manager asked for my email address for checkin purposes. He then, without my knowledge, signed me up to their Wyndham points system. Considering this was the same price at the time as a stay at the holiday inn, I would never ever consider staying here again.

Stairs were full of snow and ice

Television had some issues but the manager fixed it right away. I brought a pet with me and I was given a pet friendly room. The room had two doors leading outside which was very convenient.

There are a lot of restaurants very close by. Staff are friendly and kind. Rooms are clean.

Terrible place need many repairs no hot water

Very basic older accommodation. Simple not luxurious. Very clean. Very well maintained. Excellent dollar value. My room required me to climb three levels of outside uncovered stairs which were steep but well maintained. The stairs were not convenient especially in rain or winter weather. Many other rooms were on ground level. Free breakfast is a yogurt pod fresh fruit and prepackaged muffins. Not exceptional. However the quality of the room for the price outweighs these more basic qualities. Very close to 401 so it is also convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

Shower was cold. Clean and convenient.

you have to wait for hot water more than 3-4 minutes when you open a bath/sink tap. it waist a lot of water.

We stayed here for a night, the staff were nice and there were free muffins/granola bars for breakfast.

We arrived a couple hours early and were pleased to find that we could have our rooms early! Toilet didn’t drain properly and the sink quickly plugged up but other than that the room was great!

Room 311 had a lot of road traffic noise

Could use a little repair work/updating, especially the bathrooms.

The heater / AC buttons were broken. Not usable, night was cold, rom was cold. Bathroom sink was dirty. Overall, there was gurgling noise throughout the night

The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not ideal. Coffee machine is too slow.

Not my first time there! Went as I loved the service and all. And now I love it even better they renovated, refreshed the rooms , comfortable bed, pillows, amenities and will Recommend to all.👍👍👏

The wi-fi didn’t work! Room was clean and tidy - fridge freezer needs to be defrosted. Room spacious and like having a table and chairs.

The wifi wasn’t working. You could hear through the walls.

This is off-season for the area , so lots of rooms available. Room was clean , beds excellent and room smelled fresh and clean not like some older hotels. This is second year we have stayed her before crossing into the US.

Nice staff and convient.

Service at the front desk was excellent. The lobby had a great coffee/hot chocolate/ French Vanilla machine and nice couches. We stayed for 1 night basically just to sleep. It was fine for the price. A bit outdated but overall a fine stay. You could hear neighbours through the walls/doors very easy
