It was just a place to sleep. Vending machines did not work, and there was no place to even buy a bottle of water Without leaving the hotel.

Believe all the negative reviews, they are all true. I have never stayed in such low standard hotel. It was very pricey for very low quality. From the moment you walk in the lobby you are greeted with a distinct musty scent. The front desk personnel was indifferent about greeting her guests. At one point she flung my credit card back at me. Ibteied to cancel my reservation but from the previous comments it sounded like i would just be gifting them my money. Walking into the room it greeted us with nice sticky floors. The bed looked dirty and i did not want to use the facilities much less touch anything. All i wanted was the night to to turn into morning so i could leave immediately. Breakfast was gross according to my son and he's not picky. I stopped at Chicfila for breakfast for us. I always stay at IHG properties but made an exception. Never again!! Warn the others!! Just keep driving!

toilet paper dispenser was hanging by a thread and fell off the wall. It was pulled out of the plaster when I arrived. Floor feels greasy in bathroom.

The hotel was ok. The sheets were clean but you could tell they were old as they were dingy in appearance. The bathtub faucet ran constantly and when we checked in, the employee was having a personal phone conversation the entire time. Most hotels the staff explains the amenities, wifi, breakfast offerings, etc., however the lady was brief and more interested in her phone conversation. She wasn't rude by any means, but I make the assumption that when staying at a hotel, the staff obligation is to make a guest feel welcomed.

Hotel is dated for the price. Staff was exceptional and friendly. Area was noisy, being next to freewy

No swimming pool for my kids wasn’t told before pool broken and my bath tub was broken water didn’t stay in the tub and the carpet was dirty. So I checked out day half early with no questions asked, they said a refund would be given back on my card . I have not received it yet.

Breakfast was very good

Clean sheets but stained. Desk clerk did not talk. I did mobile check in but it didn't work for the desk clerk, she asked for Drivers license and credit card. We were on second floor and there was a lot noise from room above. Will not stay again.

Our room was dirty - stained carpet, comforter, and shower curtain. Bugs under the sink, dirty mini fridge. The area was run down and had limited food options.

Clean and convenient

Had stayed here several times in the past. Sadly, the hotel has gone down hill. The room was not clean. Bathroom door was damaged. Air conditioner did not adequately cool the room. Breakfast was minimal. Hot items were cold. No milk or cereal. Machine even ran out of water. There are better hotels in Marion - recommend finding one. Will never stay here again.

We have stayed at this location for the past 6 years, the staff is outstanding. The owners need to fix what is getting run down, the pool has never been operating any time we have stayed. The bathroom has mold in shower stall and the wood is rough/ looks as if it was seriously neglected. We like the location for convenience, family in the area.

This was the worst Comfort Inn I have ever stayed in. Our room had a cracked sink that was very roughly glued together. The shower wall was about 2 inches short from fitting on the bathtub. Very disappointed in these accommodations.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast provided was very good. The price was very affordable.

Service was good. Hotel has been updated in some parts but still looks old and rusty. Bath tub had rust on bottom of tub. Someone’s used soap was still in the shower. Yellow and white stains on comforter, chair, and curtains. We felt gross. Could hear everyone’s doors opening around us at all hours and hear them chatting in hotel.

Very old a lot of wear and tear needs remodeling.

The staff worker Megan was very nice. Room was clean and tidy. No issues at all.

Front desk person had their child there, they were very loud and distracting for the person doing their job.

Not a good value, bed was good, but found Q-tips on the floor behind a chair. Looked like they had been there awhile

Understand there is NO internet at this hotel. According to the staff the internet has been broken there and the owner is to cheap to fix it. I tried getting on all night until I went to the front desk and they said it never works.

Stayed here for two nights as it is about 15 minutes from downtown Memphis...all freeway. But getting to this hotel off the highway is a bit convoluted, starting with the exit and then driving through some back streets to get back to the hotel. Generally the location is good for visiting Memphis and environs. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room with a king bed was comfortable and clean.

I asked for a room on the ground floor in the back and the manager said she did not have the authority to change rooms even thought the new guests had not arrived. I asked her to call someone who had the authority but she never got back to us. I am a light sleeper and the traffic noise on the interstate woke me up several times during the night.

Very comfortable & clean hotel. Nice complimentary breakfast. Front desk lady was very nice.

Very friendly staff. Clean and a great night’s sleep. The whole experience was efficient and pleasant.
