Overall, the stay was OK! The room had food on the floor, and dirty towels from past guest still in the room. The staff was not very friendly! The outside property was cover with trash!

The room was clean and the staff was efficient. The breakfast was good but had a small selection. It did however have a great tea selection.

Just your average motel no more no less though they could clean the bathtub better.

We enjoyed the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was wonderfully warm however it was shut down one day which my grandson was unhappy with. The breakfast could have used a few more options like toast or bagels etc.

It started off with finding short hairs in the bed sheets and sticky smudges on the night stands. The bed had a distinct dent that made the center sag and squeak every move you made. The fridge, dresser combo had wood shavings visible along its edge as if termites are living in it. The list goes on! Only half the jacuzzi jets worked, the shower wand holder was broken, the bathroom fan didn’t work. There was about a half inch of dust on the base boards and other guests were slamming their doors all night long. When I spend that kind of money on a single room I would expect and hope that it would be at least cleaner than my house, we won’t be back!

Eh… would’ve been a mediocre hotel if it wasn’t for the roaches in the room. Hope no one has to use the emergency shut off for the hot tub.

Always noisy and doors slamming at all hours of the day, especially morning, so forget a quiet, relaxing getaway. Not recommended and I sure won't stay again.

On arrival, we were told that the pool was closed. Of course, we can be understanding, but we were traveling a very long way with two children and had been looking forward to letting them burn some energy. That was more-so just a bummer. We went up to our room and saw a cockroach crawling on our room door. We went inside and found that the room floors were dirty. And on further inspection we found the entire room was filthy. The furniture was very old, broken and damaged. We noticed that the window in the room could very easily be opened and had no screen. This gave us great concern since we had very young children and were on the 2nd floor. The latch lock on the room door was broken which also concerned us. We continued to find cockroaches in our room. The bathroom drain would not drain properly. The mattresses were very old and neither had mattress protectors. When walking through the hotel there was a very pungent smell of marijuana. The staff was not personable or friendly at all. They offered no help and we could hardly understand them because they spoke so quietly. Our interactions with them just felt strange and uncomfortable. We have never felt the need to leave a review on anything before. We’re honestly really sad by this experience and feel like we wasted our hard-earned money on a nightmare experience.

The breakfast was very limited in selection. The refrigerator was empty. Definitely minimal in comparison to other La Quinta properties. And please don’t have lukewarm water in the hot water dispenser.

It was a nice room and the pool was warm and great. Our complaint was the bugs that came out at night in our bathroom. I believe they were water bugs but enough to freak out my daughter.

The room was nice and comfortable. The overall impression was that the room and hallways were not as clean as they could be. The cockroach in our room didn't add to this impression.

I was in a handicap accessible room because my grandson is in a wheelchair so I appreciated them making that adjustment for me since I couldn’t do it when I booked the room. As for the room beds were clean and the room was vacuumed but the tub had a ring around it, the horrible smell of smoke hit me at the door when I walk in the room and I had to go to the desk to get something Lysol, the mirror was tilted down for wheelchair users but it was about a 2 inch thick layer of dust on it which affected all of our allergies, and the air conditioner was loud as heck and took forever to cool the room. The desk staff was very sweet he even offered to help me take my bags upstairs because people kept the carts in their rooms. He was very apologetic for everything.

The room had a terrible smoke and mold smell that got our upper air way sickness. Horrible service.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and close to shopping and dining options. The staff was very pleasant. The pool area could use some attention, but overall was very pleased with my stay.

Room was poorly maintained both structural and cleanliness(mold in shower, dirty surfaces), noisy, thin walls, uncomfortable pillows, mediocre housekeeping (beds poorly made and lack of response to request for additional towels. The front desk staff was pleasant.

24 hours guess service and friendly staff. The room was cleaned when I left the room. Indoor pool and hot tub was clean.

The hotel was clean and close to airport, however, it was dated. Beds were comfy...tou get what you pay for.

We checked in around 10:30 pm on 8/11 one we reached the room when we opened the door the was a stinch of dampness in the room that was very unpleasent. I went to the washrooom and hile I was exiting I saw a cocroachon the wall I went to grab my phone to take a video and of course it ran away. I went to the front desk to ask for more towels and informed the clerk of what I saw and seemed to not be suprised due to him not giving a reaction or to even askif I desired another room. iwent to take a shower and while openingthe bathrug I noticed a bug not sure if itwas a bed bug or tickatttched to the rug I then shook it over the toilet and flushed it.

It's the best place I've stayed in a long time the staff is very friendly it's very clean and very safe
