The room i originally had the aircon wasn’t working the staff immaculately moved me i to a new room with a better view of the mountains.

Room was ok, foul odor through out the hotel. Stairwell dirty cigarette butts on 3 rd floor. Door slamming all night made for restless sleep.

Terrible customer service specially the front desk including the manager in multiple shift. I got the impression it just the culture. It’s unfortunate since we have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past 4 yrs. Referred guests and with each visit the service is worse than the last. This will be my last visit.

The place is adequate. Basically just a room. The hotel has nothing to offer. The check in staff was terrible. They couldn't process my card because there machine was broken and keep wanting me to try new cards. When I called the credit card company, they said the process never went through. I would never go there again.

We were going to drive back to Las Vegas, but the rain was so bad in Southern California. We decided to stop at this hotel at the last second which is basically the last hotel before going over the Cajon Pass. Turned out to be a great experience the room is clean the bed was comfortable and everybody who worked there is very nice. It’s a great option.

The front desk were very accomodating in terms of room changes and early check-in for my reservation so I was very appreciative for their assistance.

This location extremely clean, staff were all very friendly, polite and very willing to assist with anything we needed. Location was perfect should anyone need anything with plenty of shopping, dining, fuel. And very close to the highway for travel.

non functioning, television, nor remote blinds, sun glaring so bright. So, they moved us to downstairs., a handicap room, with a sink that would not drain, so I took a picture to show them the water would just sit there. We asked them to please have some one come fix while we went to grab a bite to eat. Came back, no one came. We didn't realize the room was right next to the laundry facilities, so water and tumbling noises were going most of the night.
Morning came we, are getting ready and I'm brushing my teeth, as I'm running the water and its not draining, this HUGE BLACK WIDOW comes out from the drain!!!!. I take a picture of it and take it to the front desk and show it to the lady. It definitely frightened her too.!!!! Won't be staying there EVER AGAIN!!!

When we arrived I was told there was an plumbing issues and they couldn’t give me my king size bedroom. The tried to give me a double then said oh wait they have a handicap king size so they gave me that one. Then the second we use the restroom it floods. We call them at night to ask for assistance and they said they can’t help and to just use the bathroom down stairs. Very upsetting especially since I chose to pay a higher price for a nicer hotel.

I stayed in a handicap accessible room on the first floor and it was so noisy in the morning it was by the gym and pool. also the water for the shower was not hot at all it was lukewarm at best

There were 3 roaches in the room and ants which was a bit disappointing.

Room was very dated! Nothing like the photos. Walls are super thin. We could hear the people above us walking back and forth. At one point we thought they were going to fall thru. Bed smelled like feet. Take your own shampoo, conditioner and bodywash if you're a woman, their in room products smell like men's axe product. Glad we took our own in case.

Close to places to eat (driving distance). Quick and easy checkin. Room was very very clean, white sheets and comforter. Lots of free parking, no issues parking late at night. Coffee maker was convenient. Great view of the mountains with snow.
