Gorgeous room with jet tub and shower with four heads. Excellent location. Very nice breakfasts and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend it!

Great stay. Friendly attentive staff. Great location. Quiet and very close walkable distance to all activities. Breakfast was great as well as all the extras. We would definitely stay here again when visiting and will also refer to our friends.

We like to visit St Augustine a few times a year, being only 90 minutes away. I ran across Carriage Way Inn on Hotels.com App, and was immediately intrigued by it. Location (Historic District), amenities (Free Parking, Breakfast), and price point was very attractive. Upon arrival, Staff were very attentive and friendly. I chose a second story room immediately off of the common veranda overlooking Cuna St. It was almost as if the room had its own balcony. The room itself, while small, suited our needs perfectly and was wonderfully decorated. The only negative, thru no fault of the facility, is the ongoing construction making the Inn a bit difficult to get to. It can also be a bit noisy at the intersection of Cuna and Cordova St. We have concluded following our visit Carriage Way Inn (or its' two nearby properties) will be our go-to for future St Augie's visits.

Service was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious. Room was small but to be expected in an old B&B. We had a lovely stay. Excellent location.

Pros: super soft sheets and nice people
Cons: poor layout of the bathroom added in a bedroom tiny toilet room. Shower in Ruby was in the bedroom and small.
A small space can be designed to be quaint but this was not done well.

GreatB&B. Breakfasts were one of the best I have had at B&B. Within walking distance to Old Town St Augustine. Gave us a bottle of Bubbly for my wife’s Birthday. Will definitely return. Staff went above and beyond!

Love the location, right in the middle of the historic district. Well maintained property and wonderfully decorated room. Staff were exceptional. Jess greeted us with a glass of wine which we sipped on the balcony before going out for the evening. Enjoyed the great breakfast too. Highly recommend.

Amazing B&B right in Old town St Augustine. The room was wonderful and they thought of everything to make the stay unforgettable. From the Keurig coffee, complimentary sodas, water, red and white wine to the superb bed, couch and jacuzzi tub, everything was top notch.
Not to be outdone, the staff was the most attentive and genuinely interested in making the stay unforgettable. Jess is an amazing host and the Bfast crew was great too

The service was outstanding. They made us feel welcome, like family, and they were attentive to our needs (both what we asked for and what they anticipated). Beverages and yummy bakery items were available at all hours. The bed was extremely comfortable. The atmosphere was cozy and the woodwork and furniture/fixtures took us back in time. The bathroom was luxurious. The location was convenient/walkable to everything in the historic district - we never got in our car. Breakfast was delicious. Thanks to Jess, Marcie and Melanie for a memorable stay.

Services were excellent. Breakfast was good except not many choices for vegetarian. Room was okay. Cleaning could be better. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When you book room it should describe it is not in main building and it is isolated cottage.

My husband and I stayed at the Carriage Way Bed and Breakfast Inn for our Anniversary and it was a wonderful and personable experience. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and informed on all the activities. Loved the afternoon cookies and 24/7 drinks was a nice treat. Breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect. Walked to everything and didn’t have to bother with parking downtown. We’ll be back!

This is a very nice B&B. We stayed in the Emerald room and it was very spacious with an outside entrance to the private parking which was very nice. The room had a huge bathroom and great shower. It does have a locked door that leads to the kitchen so you can hear them in the morning but that was no issue for us but if you are someone that likes to sleep late a different room could be better. We would book this same room again. The location for St Augustine is perfect. Having parking at the hotel and being able to walk everywhere was perfect. They made recommendations for dinner and that turned out very good.

Just about everything was great! The staff are very friendly and personable and efficient. The property is a B&B/Inn, not a hotel or motel. They provide complimentary wine, water, coffee, cookies, etc., and the breakfast is homemade and delicious. It was built in the late 19th century and is furnished very nicely to that period.
The only thing: rooms are cozy. Bathroom is cozy. Be careful of tight corners to avoid banging your shins, as I did.

Great place to stay when visiting St. Augustine! Staff was so friendly and the breakfasts were delicious. So convenient to walk or tram to all of St. Augustine. Emerald Room was beautifully decorated and bathroom was spacious. Definitely will be back to visit!

We were so happy with our stay at Carriage Way Inn! The property was beautiful and quaint, the staff was absolutely wonderful, and service excellent. It was our first time in St. Augustine but we plan to return and stay again at the Carriage Way Inn.

Carriage Way Inn lived up to its award winning reputation. The morning meals were excellent, but they graciously made accommodations for my spouse who is not fond of the quiche served our first day. He missed out on a great spinach and bacon delight. Fresh cookies wrapped in pairs, along with wine, coffee, tea, soda, etc, were available all evening.

The property is very convenient to everything we wanted to see, yet away from traffic so is quiet. Sandy the manager was very welcoming and offered us something to drink as we checked in. She even surprised us with a bottle of chilled champagne in our room for our anniversary. The Emerald room is large, comfortable and private. The breakfast was delicious and filling. We loved the whole experience.

The employees were pleasant and knowledgeable. The Carriage Way is located in the heart of The city. The room had a very nice walk in shower, comfortable bed and it was quiet. Breakfast was quite good too. Would stay there again
