Extra ordinary service, professional staff, amazing food and service in the restaurants. Third stay at this hotel. Would go back there again without a doubt

Service was excellent. Buffet breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed our stay to full extend. Staff in restaurant is very helpful and friendly.

What a wonderful hotel!! Everyone was friendly polite courteous. Nandini was so helpful at reception. Rooms where comfortable clean. Arranging taxis was so easy. Felt very safe. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning to stay. Location was perfect. Had a few spa treatments and Youdon was an excellent therapist.

We realise the weather was cold outside but the hotel itself was very cold. The water too was just warm. We were in our coats and jackets throuhgout our stay including when dining. We spent most of our time at the nearby shopping mall where it was warmer. Very disappointed with our stay overall.

Generally good. Nice hotel. To me this was more a 4-Star rather than a 5-Star hotel. Room was nice. Hot water, complimentary water and other basic amenities including toiletries. Breakfast buffet was good. You are maybe a 10 minute ride from the Golden Temple and other tourist attractions. Nice shopping mall located next to the hotel. Wifi was not too good. Clean.

Decent place to stay and sleep, was visiting Harmandir Sahib, it was OK place and they called a cab for us early morning.

Quite a old property and probably needs complete renovation. Some staff were a big disappointment as they were prompt to say no to any extended requests. Breakfast service was slack and wait staff seems to be hiding and orders were late or arrived wrong

Spent best part of an hour trying to check in with reception staff saying the hotel is not paid for yet we clearly had an invoice stating the cost of our rooms had been paid in full. Breakfast was no replenished and hotel was quite dirty

I enjoy staying at hyatt. The staff are so friendly and courteous. Breakfast has the full array of varieties. Nexus is so near and that makes shopping easy. Transport to golden temple is available

The Hyatt Dining Club, offered by Ganesh, it was a really good deal and recommend everyone to ask about it. I wish they had told me about it in Amritsar Hyatt!

Overall it’s an ok stay , it’s more 3.5 star . Staff is courteous , clean property and good location.
We just had a hick up during check in as we came earlier. It’s ok to say that you cannot give the room before 3 pm instead saying that you are trying , sort of false hope.
Once we have the room , I received a call that something is wrong with the adjoining room and we have to shift to another room. When we got late evening, were advised that they fixed it which is good. Will I stay again ? Not sure.

My kingsized bedRoom AC setting was terrible. Not matter the setting on the instrument, it was just cold and shivering.
No balcony - at times the room gets suffocated. You need fresh air since AC setting is broken.
Corridor- the carpets are not clean. The door knobs are untidy.
The room service phone call was good. But timely delivery was compromised. Getting a sachets of tea was very challenging. Overall experience was ok. Only positive thing is it's proximity to Golden Temple. Works best for travellers.

Housekeeping was almost non-existent, room insufficiently cleaned, bathroom insufficiently cleaned, replenished towels and face cloths were intermittent, every day we had to ask for face cloths several times before they appeared. Bar was excellent and in our opinion the hotels saving grace. Breakfast was boring, tables not very clean together with cutlery.
