The hotel is central and has good amenities like an air conditioner, water pressure, and housekeeping.
Our room was noisy at night due to the elevators next to it and the street noise from ambulances, etc. (since it is a very central and lively location).
The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Every request was met with a genuine will to help. The staff at the breakfast was very helpful.
The breakfast menu could have been better for us, as we are used to vegetables and cheese, which could have been an excellent addition.
Overall, we recommend staying because of the excellent service and the location close to Times Square and the Broadway theaters.

Very average small dingy rooms , upholstery and beds seemed very old as does the whole hotel . Beddings towels seemed average . Overall hotel can do with a major upgrade . Breakfast line was way too long just to get in .

Location was the best. MSG close in the one direction and Time Square close in the other direction. Easy access on and off the highway, which made it super convenient. Great breakfast, friendly staff, and there IS valet for $80! Will definitely stay again.

Water took a long time to heat up. Once the water heated up the next person to take a shower there was no cold water so the shower was boiling hot. Nice room and staff.

The room is comfortable but small with two beds. The breakfast area is small and always bustling and food choices are limited. Having breakfast there is a dreadful experience.

I had an excellent stay at the Fairfield Manhattan/Times Square. Fantastic location with a subway stop at the end of the block and very walkable to theater district, restaurants, and the train station. What a bonus to have breakfast included in a New York City hotel. Shout out to Irma who provided outstanding service! I will definitely return again.

Staff very friendly and attentive. I will recommend my family, friends. Also the fact they provide breakfast from 7-1100 am is excellent and the lady I believe her name is Theresa she greeted everyone with a big smile, friendly is the best service ever.

Room was clean and the staff was friendly. Only minor things to note: after my shower, water went around the toilet and sink to the door of the bathroom even after drawing the curtain so that there wouldn’t be any leaks. Also, one patch of the bedsheet was damp (but clean). Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

Check in was excellent thanks to Gregory Peralta. Very helpful and nice about it. Our room on the 17th floor was very clean and nice. My only complaint was that the bed was much too firm for our poor backs and we didn't get much sleep and woke up hurting when we did sleep.
