It was good

The staff is so helpful. The only thing different from our previous stays is that the food for the evening reception is miniscule. You might as well go to a restaurant for dinner instead of relying on the evening reception.

Very nice hotel - nice rooms, in good condition, and very helpful staff. Just up a small hill from Orchard Road where there are tons of restaurants and shopping. We will stay there again!

10/10 would stay again. Amazing stay. Especially for an affordable price, it wasn’t lacking in anything as a result.

Great location, super friendly staff going out of their way to assist, from the lady cleaning the room, to front staff and breakfast staff. Very comfortable stay. Only one minor point was the air conditioning is a bit loud.

This hotel has everything i needed as a business traveler. The couple of free drinks from after 6pm is a nice touch and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to good food options.

Excellent.Stayed 2 nights. All staff were friendly and helpful. Room very well equipped clean and comfortable. Hotel location only 10 minutes from Orchard Road and MRT. Breakfast till 3pm and evening drinks and snacks great. Particularly for jet lagged travellers. Nice pool and Gym.

It was a shame that the gym facilities were not working but otherwise excellent service and place to stay, would highly recommend.

It’s a very agreeable hotel in which we can spend a very good time. This staff is very kind and the environment very enjoyable.

The property has everything one desires for a relaxing vacation; swimming pool, access to Lounge with snacks all-day! Proximity to the very heart of the Shopping Centre!

Staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is good value for money and in close proximity to the Orchard Road shopping plazas and MRT.

Amazing staff. Well manager property in a great location. I booked via Expedia and got a great deal that was totally value for money.

The hotel was let down a little on minor neglect issues ,mould around air conditioning outlet ,mould in shower area, and dining area if you have mirrors and glass everywhere you need to keep it clean other than that we loved it and had a great time.

Not worth the price tag

The property is clearly aged. Grout work in the bathrooms need to be refreshed. Drains look dated. Air Con is noisy.

From the smooth check in to check out everything was perfect. Agnes the manager we dealt with made sure we had an enjoyable stay and even organised a surprise birthday gift! Comfy beds, clean room, refreshing pool that over looks parts of Singapore. Delicious breakfast every morning and tasty canapés with drinks in the evening. Short walk to orchard road for shopping! What more could one ask for. Thanks again to all the Qool staff who looked at us James and Malcolm

This is a one of a kind experience where only adults are allowed. Pool is accessible 24hrs and there is complimentary beer and cocktails. 2 rounds each! and all rooms come with both shower and bathtub. We liked it so much we already advance booked our next stay!

Good location and very friendly and efficient staff at reception. A designated smoking area would be of benefit to smokers.

The stay was good as a one night layover unto my next destination to another country. The front desk staff were all pleasant and pretty friendly, but the same cannot be said of the restaurant staff who attended to us, as she was inflexible and cold.

Quincy was a great hotel. Staff were lovely and great to deal with. Breakfast option until 3pm was great. The location is up a quiet street, but very walkable down to Orchard Rd.

The hotel is okay. I choose this location based on reviews. The staff is very friendly and polite. Their included breakfast was okay. It has lots of room for improvement though. I liked the fact that they do serve the breakfast past noon which was super great. The rooms are clean ( clean but not spotless) but very small for two people. They offer daily cleaning which is super helpful when you are in two people in a tiny room. I think the hotel can also improve in regards of how clean the rooms can be. The lobby also has room for improvements. The hotel is located on the top of a small hill which is not bad if you are driving but walking there after a long day is a bit tiring but on the bright side its good opportunity to exercise. Would I stay at this property again? Probably not. The fun attractions are close but you have to take the subway for almost everything. If you are staying a week or so its okay but staying at the Bay one can save on how many days to spend in Singapore and splurge a bit more in a 5 stars hotel at the bay area. I regret not doing that.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Quincy. It's all about the details and the personalize service. We enjoyed the local ice cream sandwiches at check in, the daily happy hour and the great breakfast.
