Room was clean, staff were incredibly nice and attentive. Beds were stiff and hard and pillows horrible but otherwise the room ant hotel was incredible and we’d be back

very good stay as usual, been many times over the years, this was a quick overnight stop for our drive back to home

Check in was easy & friendly staff. Property was very clean, plenty off parking, had no complaints of any kind. We actually stayed during the weekend for wrestling regionals & everyone was very courteous, had a nice quiet stay

Right of the highway. Convenient. Plenty of parking. Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet.
2.0
Overall an okay experience. Customer service was great. The room was a bit beat up and the lights on the front of the hotel kept the room lit up all night making it difficult to sleep. The beds were very uncomfortable for all of us as well. What little continental breakfast they put out during the offseason was stale.
2.0
A sign at the desk stated no continental breakfast would be served. With no explanation. I should have slept on the floor, it was probably more comfortable than the bed.

Hotel was off to itself. Biggest issue was the shower did not appear to have been cleaned. As for the rest of the stay it was pretty standard.

The refrigerator & coffee maker did not work.

We arrived at around 3pm to check in. Upon entering the room, it was clear that it was not ready for guests. We waited an hour and a half for staff to get it ready. That is after driving 5 and a half hours to get there. The fridge didn't work nor the room phone. Other than that it was an okay stay. The continental breakfast was nice and the staff was pleasant.

Our family had a good time and the breakfst was good. The kids love it.

This property was very close for use to get to the Polar Express Train ride in Bryson City. Less than a 5 minute drive and we were there. We arrived and totally forgot about breakfast. They had a pretty good breakfast. Juice and coffee was available 24/7. We will stay here again if we travel to Bryson City again.

We just stayed one night and didn't have any real expecatations, but we woke up to 4 roaches climbing on the walls and a couple other bugs. We left quickly.

The condition was decent. Scuff marks on the doors and walls, fingernail poilsh on the bathroom sink. The safety latch on the door was about to come off, for a 1 night stay we found 3 bugs in the room. The continental breakfast consisted of a waffle maker, 3 types of cereal, muffins, bagels, plain yogurt, oatmeal, juice, and coffee. Nothing carb friendly. The positives were they let us check in early and we were near the entrance.

We were initially impressed with how clean it was. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. An earlier check-in time would have been great.

i like that this property was close to things but not in the mix of it all. nice area.

Property felt dirty. Our room was directly next to the utility room - the walls are paper thin. Woke up to the sound of the washing machine and dryers quite frequently throughout the night and early morning. The hot water never got very hot - was a little disappointed about that. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and staff were very friendly.

Several hairs found throughout the shower and bed. It has very low shower pressure and the drain was stopped up in the shower as well.

Terrible low flow shower without hot water! Breakfast did not offer fresh fruit, which bananas, as inexpensive as they are, would have been a great accompaniment.

Wonderful location. Lovely hotel. Front desk girl was a little unfriendly and not accomodating. Someone else ended up checking us in as she seemed not into her job. Overall a good experience. Close to Brennans, The Napoleon House and Jackson Square. The wine at the their restaurant is very overpriced. A glass of Daou is $29. You can buy a bottle at the the store for $21. Seemed ridiculous. Great coffee at the snack shop. Very strong!

Room did not smell as clean as I thought it should. It was obvious that a dog had been in the room.. I know it is ver hard to get urine out of carpet so I believe pet friendly rooms should have vinyl flooring.

It was a nice hotel, close to downtown Bryson City.
Front Desk clerks were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast and shower weren't great but for the price and location-it is clean and safe and conveniently located. Great area to visit! The staff are nice. The shower just doesn't have very hot water and there is almost no water pressure. The breakfast was blah-but honestly, for this price-no problem-just run to a local place and get good food.

We liked the convenience and the scenic area.

Great location, close to Great Smokey Mountains National Park, Blue Ridge Parkway and the Robbinsville area.

We've stayed here before and may have to again due to the limited locations in town. This stay we had no Wifi; they said they had a new router that wasn't strong enough to reach the rooms at the end of the hall. They did give us a $20/night discount for the Wifi issue. Also very poor water pressure in the shower. There are waterfalls in the area that would have been easier to bathe in.

Needs a lot of up keep.

The Water was not hot in the shower and had little pressure. The breakfast was taken up just before I got there. I have paid less money a night for a room with more amenities at the beach during the prime time.

Perfect location to go anywhere anywhere in the great smokey mountains

Never stayed in an hotel where the toilet doesn't flush properly. I let the front desk know upon check out.

breakfast bar wasn't much. room smelled.

I didn't appreciate the the sign in the bedroom is about steiling the hair dryer. The lamps, the tiles, the sheets are whatever.
