Came to visit family, they gave me a new remodeled room. It was nice and cozy, very clean and quiet. The room was big, and bed was comfortable. The front desk was very nice. I will definitely be back. The price was nice too.

The room I was in is not in compliance with city building codes because it has no smoke detector. The tub was gross. But the bed was comfortable. There was loud construction going on in the parking lot and on the sidewalk right outside my room. I took pictures but it won't let me upload them for some reason.

It served for it's purpose

I refused to stay there. I took pictures of room and immediately went to office to get refund.

The floors were so dirty my son’s socks were black. The hotel was undergoing renovations so everything was just in very bad shape.

Late breakfast time - 8 am. Usually 6-9 am in other motels. Not good for early risers who want to get on the road. Otherwise was a good motel.

Fix the heat system

Well this was a wonderful experience with Roadway Inn. Their staff was very polite they've gone through a remodeled the rooms are absolutely beautiful now and the management team is wonderful too look forward to going back to roadway and again

No coffee in the morning. Office was closed.

Parking lot is all tore up. No breakfast, per web-site saying was part of service. Room service was great...extra clean.

Start at Quality inn 2 days before we went to Roadway Inn because the bed sucked . The outside of Quality inn looks better but Roadway inn was a better sleep

Nice and comfortable worth the $

The parking lot was torn up. They were in the middle of renovations. Difficult parking. Room was not cleaned thoroughly, trash left in the drawers and refrigerator. Room needed repairs and updating.

This place is a dump.

the hotel is fine. nothing special. the doorknob was very hard to turn but other than that the beds were comfy and the property was pretty quiet. no breakfast on site that we could tell.

Will never stay there again. Had to wait to check in. Had to wait to get a room with double beds which we originally booked. Just not happy

Property seems to be upgradinf the facility. The bayhtub/shower in our room needs to be resurfaced. Floor in main room was newer. Bed linens seemed new. Might be nicer when all renovations are complete

Friendly, resonable rates, comfortable rooms

We were disappointed the room. The shower/tub had rust all around it. The TV and phone didn’t work. The tv was fixed. The only channel with news was CCN. Also HBO which we couldn’t find. It reminds us of a 1960 motel

First off hotel has construction going on (no mention of that)and limited parking. Plus false advertising on Expedia- says has pool- and it definitely doesn't! Place looks horrible pulling in. Horrible check in. Customer service was horrible - was yelled at cause office lady didn't know how to to do her job. Wasn't my fault that I booked and payed through Expedia and even notified the hotel was arriving (late) the next day (not as early as planned thanks to car problems)! When she finally figured out how to do her job - she gave me a key and said it might not have been cleaned yet. Pretty sad staff doesn't even know rooms are ready. Especially a room that was supposed to be ready the previous day. Thankfully when went over to room it looked clean. Wasn't hanging out at hotel much so really didn't care. Definitely a 2 star cleaning and that's from a bnb cleaner. Floor definitely was gross, bathtub definitely didn't look clean- feet stuck to the bottom when got in, found and killed 3 big black bugs crawling around the first night, towels need softener, no coffee in rooms or lobby,toilet never flushed right, cigarettes every where in parking lot, not much close bye, hotel is buy the busiest intersection in Prescott, etc. Only reason I ranked it disappointed and not terrible is the bed was comfy and there was a fridge and microwave.

Room had soda exploded on the ceiling, sheets had pen stains, also had q-tips on the floor as if the room wasn’t even fully cleaned.

This hotel is currently under a new company, management, and undergoing some upgrades. Prior to my stay, I was reading reviews as one does, I took a leap of faith to try it anyways despite all the bad reviews. I was only going to be here for one night after all. I didn’t have one real issue during my stay. I think the upgrades are perfect. They still have some work to do, but if you’re going to complain about old tubs and lighting, you should probably book at a higher level, brand name hotel. You get what you pay for here. Ladies in the front office were sweet and helpful. The room was clean. The microwave and fridge are appreciated. I would suggest more usb chargers. Also, more shower supplies: We got shampoo, no conditioner and 2 soap bars. Coffee machine in room would be nice. Would stay here again.

I like that it was quiet . I didn't like that the bath tub had something in it I coundn't make it out ( damaged ) . Too dark in bathroom. The floor boards had water damage . It looked like bed bugs in the bed. The Attendant at the desk was not very friendly.
