The front desk was very friendly, welcoming and efficient. The room was clean, the bathroom was really big, and the large bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower were convenient and nice. The beds are usually my favorite, but I woke up in the morning with a sore back and neck. The refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment, but the ice machine was conveniently located near the elevator. The hotel location was perfect, as the party we were attending was only 6 miles away. Breakfast is always great, although we haven't headed down yet. All in all, it was a great stay.

Property location was great. Check in was quick. Quiet rooms. Bathroom was very clean however there were flakes of paint on the floor, need maintenance!
Breakfast options were optimal.
Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend the property for stay (family friendly).

There was a problem checking in because all the computer systems were down it took the worker some time to tell us the problem and let us go to the room instead of having us wait and stand up while she kept checking the cards, the room was clean and nice, but nobody came back to give toilet tissue or anything I had to go to the lobby to get it

I really enjoyed the staff, they were amazing and helpful. The facility was clean and quiet! There were many places that were in walking distance from restaurants to grocery stores, even Walmart. If ever I am in the New Brunswick area, I will be staying at the Hampton Inn.

It was amazing experience of staying in the Hampton Inn. The staff were so polite and the check-in/check-out process was very quick and easy, The breakfast room has various options, cleanly maintained and they kept serving a nice and hot coffee.

The water stopped working in the middle of the night for 5 hours the second night of the stay. It was a major inconvenience. I have yet to be refunded / offered any sort of compensation.

We were on the road and stopped in late. The front desk was friendly, inviting, and efficient. The room was comfortable and clean. For people who want
a pristeen/updated property, this isn't for you. There is some wear and tear but nothing that spoiled our experience. Would gladly return on another trip!!

Room was outdated need an upgrade on the decor!
I had a leak from the A/C wich was taken care of right away (another shout out to Ms. Maggie for making sure it was resolved)
Not everyone eats pork, need a beef or Turkey continental breakfast meat substitution!!

One night stopover on an east coast driving trip. Efficient staff though not exactly friendly. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, adequate self-serve breakfast. Near a shopping plaza with several chain restaurants for dinner.

This is an old, dated property that may have been 3 stars back in 1975. Needs a complete renovation. And stay away from the so-called Fitness Center since it smells. Check-in process was painful, and front desk staff was not helpful.

Our room was really perfumey at check in and when I called to ask I was told to leave the door open and turn on the fan. I called again a while later because we couldn't stop sneezing and the next person let us check out a new room which was moderately better but still pretty perfumey smelling. Not sure if it was a deodorizer or febreeze. Too heavy. It was a quick trip but will go back to Marriott properties next stay.
