It was really good. No major issues- the suite was clean. Only needed more towels in the suite.

Absolutely loved my stay here and the staff was so nice and accommodating with my early check in.

When I checked in I was advised housekeeping doesn’t clean everyday… if I wanted new towels to come down and get them from the front desk…. I was there for 4 nights and housekeeping did not clean my room at all…. Never will stay here again

It was our family’s problem that we reserved two rooms, instead of reserving a room with two beds. Therefore, the price was a little higher. However, I’m pleasing with the cleanliness and the toiletries. The hotel didn’t offer a breakfast, which I don’t mind because we didn’t eat breakfast. It was also showing on the details. As they renovated the hotel, it was transformed from an old outline to a new floor and the shower stands. One of the most thing I like about the room is the bathroom. The day we were supposed to move out at 11:00 pm, it was a heavy rainstorm day. I talked to the front office, a kind African-American woman, she was so understanding and extended the time 30 minutes to an hour more for us to stay until the weather calm down. Our two nights stayed in this hotel were wonderful. I love the way it near to the base and other foods courts/restaurants. Overall I love this experience.

Water turned off. Sink fell through the counter. No room cleaning. Smelled awful

Staff was great, however the building was being remodeled, so all 3 days we were there, the sawing, hammering and other noise was crazy loud. We could not rest during the hours of 7am to 6pm.

Very outdated and dirty. It might get better soon since there was continuous construction and I was the last customer in my room before updating - unfortunately this didn't make my stay any better. Front desk personnel is very friendly. Good location to Ft Benning otherwise I would much rather stay in a better area.

The staff was helpful and resourceful in making some last-minute adjustments because the rooms we had reserved were over-sold. Rather than wait for our party to arrive and surprise us with unpleasant news, the staff contacted me several days before our arrival to accommodate us appropriately. Once we arrived, the staff at the front desk was pleasant and appeared well trained. Everything with our stay went smoothly.

The location is close to Fort Benning and the National Infantry Museum. That’s a huge plus. The rooms themselves were dated, but very clean. This hotel needs a major renovation on everything else. The hallways, walls and elevators and were dirty. The stairwells were dirty with debris laying on the stairs. The laundry and exercise rooms were closed. No breakfast. Free coffee and tea. I requested to be moved because the room I was originally given smelled like smoke. They immediately moved me and thanked me for letting them know since it is a nonsmoking hotel. The staff was kind and helpful.

The hotel was dated but appears to be in the process of updating. It was a perfectly good place to spend the night and had no problems. There is no breakfast on site but they do have a small store where you can purchase snacks. It was very convenient to Fort Benning Army Base.

I booked 2 beds, the room had one. The pull out bed was broke, there were bugs in the room. It was just horrible

The staff was super friendly! The property is dated and they didn't have free breakfast. Free coffee was from a machine and it was disgusting.

We did enjoy our stay. Beds arent very comfortable. The shower pressure is great and they supply dove products. The staff was very friendly. I would say you get what you pay for.

This is a good long-stay property with very good kitchen facilities and overall good quality amenities with a reasonable price. The room was very clean, but the public areas, like the elevator, were marginal. The floor of the elevator was sticky and the elevator cab was dilapidated. One of the front desk staff members was drunk or very obtuse. Location and parking are excellent, and there are a lot of good fast-food options very close.

Everything just looks worn and not too clean. Lost water twice in morning and then it came out black. Beds not very comfortable.

Door lock on room malfunctioning. Had to swipe card multiple times to open the door. It quit working all together and had to change rooms after a locksmith came to drill out the lock. Needed to talk to the sales manager for another issue, but she was not available multiple times when we were told she would be.

My stay started out a bit awkward because they gave me a room for disabled people, but when I talked to Jessica and explained that I didn't like that room (because of the bathtub), specifically. She went out of her way and moved me to a regular room. Everything else was fine. I would stay again if I had to visit Columbus, Georgia

This is the second of 2 recent stays where the hotels.com rating was extremely misleading. There is no way this hotel is an 8.8. Absolutely no way. The room we stayed in was in horrible condition. Stains all over the carpeting. Bathroom cabinets with water damage. Toilet that would barely flush. A/C that barely cooled the room. And clearly the room was not cleaned well as my son found FOOD such as fried shrimp in the chair!! It was gross and awful. The only positive thing I have to say is that the man who checked us in was very nice. Beyond that, this hotel was terrible. And what bothers me most is the hotels.com rating. It’s a scam. This is a ZERO hotel and I will never use hotels.com again. I had always loved it for the convenience but am so disappointed in the last 2 stays that you have lost a customer. I’m sure you get a kickback for me spending my money to stay at a crappy hotel. My hard earned money was wasted on this stay and I am just beyond dissatisfied with hotels.com at this point. And here’s the thing, I’m sure had I gone to the front desk, they would have changed my room, but I had been driving all day and my family had already settled. And changing from one crappy room to another crappy room would have been a waste of time and energy any way. I have used the hotels.com app for most bookings but am so dissatisfied with my last 2 bookings that I most likely will not use it again.

Check in was quick , enjoyable and friendly

The room was very good, spacious, kitchenette was good and bathroom very clean.

It was convenient to the places we were seeing. We use hotels primarily for sleeping. When it is too warm, I have difficulty sleeping. Their thermostat was regulated so that the room only cooled when people were in the room. When we left the room, it shut off. The temperature outside was in the 90s during the day, so it could never catch up to be cool inside. That was the only real fault of the hotel, but I would not stay there again because of not sleeping well in a room that was too warm for me.
