The desk check in woman was amazing. We have never had someone so exuberant and happy to answer any questions. She has a ready list of nearby places to eat (never experienced this before) and told us to contact her anytime after quiet time at 10:00 about noise and she would be down in a flash to take care of. She had a smile that lit up the lobby.

Unfortunately the bathroom sink only drained VERY slow. There was black mold in the shower. Both were brought to the attention of the front desk in the morning. Someone was to fix them. No one did in our 2 night stay A staff member helped us get channels on the TV. Reportedly they just changed providers and there were no channel/listing instructions. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options. Was told at check out no one fixed the concerns as they do that after you check out??? Was told I would receive an e-mail with breakdown of charges. A day later that has not happened.

I had a 2-night reservation. Drove 2.5 hours, arrived in town and stopped for dinner at a local restaurant. At 5:50 pm I received a call from the hotel, telling me they were overbooked and didn't have a room for me and my wife. The hotel rep did say they located a room in another local hotel for me. When I arrived at the alternate hotel, I was told they were full for the next night. Later, I was told I could stay the 2nd night too. It was just okay and cost me an extra $172 for the 2 nights. If the Holiday Inn had contacted me sooner, I could've have looked for an alternate place days earlier. Won't ever make a reservation with them again. How can I trust that I'll actually have a room when I arrive?

Facility was accommodating and staff was friendly. However, the facility is a little outdated.

Poorly maintained room and breakfast area. Bed was clean and comfortable but there wasnt any coffe in the room even though we requested some and were assured we'd receive some twice.

All good, staff was very helpful.

TV has certainly changed in motels. Had trouble getting remote to work.

Great staff. Needs refresh on carpets. Our room is clean but carpets are stained. Elevator carpets need to be replaced. and trim scratched. Great location

Fridge did not work, toilet paper holder was broken, to regulate A/C it said to use thermostat, no thermostat, did not get room service, the furniture is ugly, the furniture is dusty, the chairs are so uncomfortable. This place needs a total renovation. So sorry we booked this place, never come back again.

All staff we encountered were friendly and competent. Had to request room cleaning, but all the hotels are doing that now. Friendly. Facillities are nice. Only problem i noticed was shower had a ball of long hair in it and more long hair throughout the bathroom. Wasnt horrible at all. Just washed the hair down the drain in the shower, and used bath mat to swiffer the floor. Again, not horrible to me, just something i noticed. Think someone overlooked the hair while cleaning. Breakfast was very nice, well stocked, clean, well attended. Quiet. I would stay here again.

All in all it was a good stay. The location was convenient. The breakfast was good and had a lot of choices. The fitness center was small, but orderly. The bed was comfortable, and they even provided a rollaway bed when asked. There were a few downsides, though. The TV had no channel guide, and a strange cable/satellite system that was difficult to navigate. The dresser in our room had drawers that would not shut, creating a tripping hazard. I would stay there again, unless I could get a better deal somewhere else.

The room we were in for the night didn't have a woking AC at smelled of mold and the shower flooded the whole bathroom there are weird stains on the furniture and carpet not at all worth the 250 before tax it is to stay here .. oh and the noise i got 2hrs of sleep because of the people around me and on the next floor up.. the picture of the wall is where the AC controls should be.

Last night we needed more garbage bags. Night manager was not to be found. Message at front desk said he was assisting another guest. Text said to use lobby phone (dial “0”) to call manager, rang at empty front desk. We improvised

Last minute booking, wish had had time to do a little more digging on this location. Staff were very friendly. Cleaning needs to improve big time. Apparently our room on 3rd floor (317 to be exact) had a water leak on ceiling at some point. They just painted over it, lampshade even showed the effects of it. So I can imagine how much mold we potentially were breathing in. Good under pull out sofa. Mold in bathroom since water easily leaks out of tub. The lounge couches in main lobby and dining area were so badly stained. Staff are great, place worked, BUT cleaning sucked bad.

Kind of shabby and beat up, but it was fairly inexpensive. Rooms were clean. The elevator carpet was so gross--wouldn't have wanted to go barefoot on it.

We had a great stay, let us check in early when we arrived. Very friendly staff and great breakfsst.

The rooms are tired, not cleaned very well and smelly (smelled like previous guests smoked in our room). The breakfast was good.

We booked a non-smoking 2 queen suite for the long weekend. Staff was very nice when we arrived. However, our room was a different story. As soon as we walked in the room, the stench of smoke was awful. I immediately contacted the front desk. They could not offer another room that was the same. The only offer they could make was to spray the room with a deodorizer. (This lasted about 5 min). Although we were supposed to stay three nights, we chose to leave early (with no refund) due to the stench of the room. When asked if we could get a refund on the room, I was told since I booked through Hotels.com, I would have to go through them. There were also a few other items in the room that were very undesirable. For example, a dirty pair of socks found in the drawer of the desk, stains on the couch, and mildew growing near the shower on the floor in the bathroom. I was also turned off at the stains easily noticeable on the bench in the lobby area. I have attached pictures of a few of these items. I would have to say that I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If I am going to pay $239 dollars a night, I would expect to at least get what I booked (a non-smoking room), and for the space to be clean. I am very disappointed, as I have always thought Holiday Inn's were quality places to stay. We travel a lot with my son's baseball team, so unfortunately this experience will be remembered and shared.

Our room smelled like smoke. The night manager was not helpful at all when I told her that our shampoo bottle pump was broken and my son was in the shower. She threw a fit and didn't want to give me the shampoo bottle so I could bring it up to him to use. The room was dated and I'm not quite sure if the sheets on our bed was changed from the last guest.

Have stayed here before, but site was dirty, especially the pool area and hot tub. No hot food for breakfast on Tuesday morning. Phone rang once on Tuesday morning, then five minutes later fire alarm went off for about 10 seconds. Site needs a thorough cleaning and remodell. Have always been peased with Holiday Inn Express, but after this will not be using them for a while.

Decent. Too many baseball travel teams everywhere you stay now. Noisy!

Extremely dirty property for the cost. Floors, evelator, rooms, exterior were defintely not up to standard. The property needs a complete update. Would not recommend staying here.

Toilet and room phone broken. Hotel dirty. No towel or trash service. But most importantly there were people smoking inside rooms and after specific direct complaints to staff they did nothing.

Nice place to stay. Used the hot tub which was nice after a long drive. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was dated but clean. Breakfast was typical. Wish hotels would have healthier choices.
